I left my work IPod in one of their cars by accident, I try to contact them multiple times to ask for it, they never respond any of my calls, so I went to the Hertz office at the Austin Airport and they said "they were going to take care of it" "they were going to look at the caneras", LIES!!!!! Supposedly the manager gave me his information to keep me updated since I don't live in Texas, it was going to be impossible for me to go the office again, since they never answer the phone, I also did a claim online which was deleted by them. Worst experience ever in a rental car. They are very irresponsible.

I used to rent from Turo 3-4 times per month, until I started renting from Caleb Arias and his world-class customer service. He is friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. I’d only be ok with Hertz moving him from this location if they did it to make him CEO, and even then I wouldn’t be thrilled about working with someone else on 10th street moving forward.

I recently rented a car from Hertz, and the experience was great.
Special thanks to Caleb, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and providing recommendations that made my trip even better. Caleb's exceptional customer service truly made the difference, and I appreciate his dedication to making my experience a positive one.
The car itself was in pristine condition, clean, and exactly as described. It performed flawlessly throughout my rental period, and returning it was just as easy as picking it up.
Thanks again for making my rental experience top-notch!

Our rental agent (I want to say his name was Gabriel) was super informative and gave us great tips on the area. We were from out of town and I'd rent from Hertz again, especially their electric car offerings in Austin.
The Polestar 2 I rented was clean, in good condition, and it was a blast.
One improvement: The gentlemen working the desk was alone by himself on Saturday, there were at least 5 people waiting to be helped at any time. NOT HIT FAULT, but it would be great if you could have another person staffed on Saturday.

I went in to pick up my rental car my insurance wouldn’t cover. Caleb Arias was able to get me a better rate and save me money than what i initially expected to pay. Over all great service and super quick. I got a Polestar and the car was clean and nearly at 90%. No complaints there. Drop off after hours made it easy for me as well as i work so i’m over satisfied with my experience.

I initially had a great experience at this location until I saw my receipt in my email. I was charged $29.99 for insurance I didn’t authorize and $9.99 for roadside that I didn’t authorize. When I called the location I was told authorization was in my gold profile. I checked my profile and all insurance and roadside was declined. Make sure you check your agreement before leaving the premises. I forgot and now my 1 day rental cost me an addition $40. .

I don’t write reviews but everyone should heed this warning, this place is trash. They overbook even though you’ve already placed your order and taken your money, tell you that they can’t cancel the order and then try to charge you anyways.
Place your order here if you want to not receive a car, be charged and have to dispute a charge on your card.

Overbooked the cars so we didn't get a rental car for the weekend. Then we still got charged $50 for a no show / late fee. Terrible service
