Be forewarned if you need service done on your vehicle here, their mechanics don't start Christmas day until 9 to 930 AM. When I made my appt a week prior to the service date, for an airbag recall, I made an 830 am. appt and was NEVER told about my vehicle not being seen until after 9 am. Henna service advisor told me it could take several hours to complete, which I was fine with. 3 hours later, I asked for an ETA, and they informed me that they hadn't even looked at my vehicle. Needless to say, I was extremely upset that I waited for 3 hours when I had an 830 appt for my vehicle to be seen. I told the rep to get my vehicle that I no longer was willing to wait. Rep gave me attitude and told me he told me it would be several hours, which he dis, he just failed to mention that my appt time was NOT the time they would be looking at my vehicle. I would NOT recommend this dealership. They are incompetent, and they lie.

Initially I had an issue during the servicing of my vehicle. I expressed my concern with the Service Manager (Mr. Wallace) and he was very proactive in addressing my concerns. Ultimately he went above and beyond in showing me how important his customers are to Henna Chevrolet! Thank-you

I tried to get service here. They told me that I would need to leave my car with them for at least a week just to be on the wait list. No matter when I brought the car in, the wait list would be at least a week long from the day I left the car in the lot. Then it would be 3-4 days minimum before they could even tell me if they can source the parts and service the vehicle. And they wouldn't assist me with transportation for the minimum 2 weeks they expect me to be without a car. And they couldn't even give me an estimate of how much all this would cost. And they looked at me like I was creating an inconvenience for them. This was such a baffling experience.

Took my car for oil change and engine check and they told me it was gonna be almost $4,000 for everything the car needed. I told them to only do oil change. Took the car somewhere else that same day and the mechanic told me the car had something else and charged me WAY LESS and also told me that they didn’t do the oil change at all. The oil was dark and nasty and not even half way full….so I paid a service that wasn’t even done…will never take my car here again

I had my new truck in for service several times since I bought it. Last time it was with them for 6 months! In the yr of ownership ive had gor for about 3 months! Today I picked it up and they failed to notify me it has hail damage from the Sept storm. Act of God so not on them. I feel I should have been notified either way. If you want calls and text to go unanswered or returned, this is the place for you.

This is the worst place for service, DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY you’re only going to PUT YOUR CAR IN RISK!, I just went for the oil change service a month ago and many issues came after their VERY BAD SERVICE, they have no idea about automotive services, they replaced the battery, then the turbo and even they replaced all of that parts my car turned off in the highway for two times in 2 weeks! This place is horrible they don’t know how to repair a car and the costumer service is terrible, they are really rude and they literally LIE ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE CAR, the last time I was there “the manager” gave me my car and the next day someone called me to ask me more time because something was missing, and I was like… I already have my car with me, my car still having issues but of course I took it to another dealer services dept. because this place sucks.

I took my car in for scheduled appointment for oil change and software update. They could not find the scheduled appointment. Alvin immediately addressed the issue took my car in and kept me updated on the progress of repairs. Alvin was very professional and helpful. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Alvin in and Luis in the service department at Henna Chevrolet.
