My husband and I traded our rings in for new ones on 3/06.
The promise date was 4/03 .
4/03 passes and they don't call till 4pm that our rings were not done. The jewelry tech called in " sick."
4/04 I go to get the rings, still not ready.
I wait a few hours and finally they get the tech to come in and work on it.
He took 20 mins and you can tell.
My ring was WAY to big. And my husband's ring has 2 holes on the back where I guess he fused it together when resizing it.
DO NOT GO HERE.

We stopped in just casually looking at all the beautiful rings. Dan and Alyssa took time with us to answer all questions and shared their knowledge of diamonds with us. We left with an amazing ring! We were invited to a “settings” show but weren’t able to make it and we stopped back in and were assisted again by Dan and Alyssa to design a custom setting which was made there in the store by their talented jeweler.Absolutely LOVE the ring and the experience. We highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you!

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. it’s been a horrible experience from start to finish. Most recent experience- my wedding band lost a diamond. I took it in for repair. After two weeks, they call and say the jeweler is out of town for an emergency, they need to send it off so it will be another couple of weeks. No problem. Another few weeks pass, go pick up the ring…. The diamond replaced was very clearly smaller than the others on my ring. Argued back and forth before finally leaving the ring with them and having them re do the repair. Few more weeks pass, go pick up the ring. Exact same issue. They didn’t send the ring back off. They just cleaned it thinking I wouldn’t notice. At this point, so irritated, I just take the ring with me with a smaller diamond. Will never go here again. This is just one issue I’ve had amongst others. Every time I step into that store, it’s a bad experience. Bill the “manager” didnt even remember me a day after buying an $18k ring and never has acknowledged me when I step into the store since then. Buy your diamonds elsewhere. Trust me.
