This is the BEST HEB that I've ever been to! We were hot & had left the UT game early like most people were doing. I'd been craving HEB sushi since my last trip to TX & had struck out at 2 other HEBs which were very rundown: dirty, hang-onto-your-purse sketchy, poorer quality fresh food, less variety, broken appliances/equipment, etc. This one was HUGE & clean & sparkly. It had a good variety of fresh fruit, HEB salads, sandwiches, sushi, & drinks. The refrigerator section was working. YES! We'll have to remember this place the next time that we're in Austin.

We waited almost 2 hrs for groceries and got ignored by workers and after to waiting we called multiple times only to finally get our groceries late and were rude to our faces

Great store. I was able to find everything on my shopping list! I was pleased to find some Real Simple meals that are low carb since I'm diabetic. I just wish there was a more varied selection along with the salmon ones.

Pharmacy personnel and cashier were fantastic. They were friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The main problem is that the store has no one to help with parking, customers are walking back and forth in front of cars without paying attention. There are too many people shopping at this location at the same time, and it doesn't matter what day or time. Hopefully, when the South Congress, Oltorf store opens, that will help some with this store over crowing problems.

This is my go to HEB! Love this location and the variety. Shout out to Bob in market deli, Ramon & Eva in produce, Eva in Drug store and Minivera the cashier! Outstanding customer service and assistance !
