Pretty out-of-the-way place. Was hiking around Austin so decided to stay here. Got decent service. The room was basically what you'd expect, but there was a hole in the wall, a bunch of roaches (10ish) which spooked me a few times, the door did not seal all the way so you could hear the highway outside pretty clearly, and there were a couple stains on the sheets. Overall basically a pretty bottom-of-the-barrel experience, I would recommend staying somewhere else for a little bit more. Lady in the morning did not look at all surprised when I told her about the roaches so expect all the rooms to be like that and for them to do nothing about it if that matters to you.

I normally don't stay at motels but this was kind of a last second thing. The motel was off the highway, not too far from a large shopping center which was nice. The exterior of the motel looked like it was unfinished like they had primed it but not painted it.There was a small putting green in this field next to the hotel which I thought was odd and there was no swimming pool, I'm not sure if there used to be an in the ground or above ground pool because all there was was just a concrete space enclosed in a fence with a old life preserver hanging on the fence.Now to the room it was relatively clean and the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked just fine. The noise level was pretty good, I have noise canceling earphones so that made it even more quiet. The shower had really good water pressure and it was nice and hot. There was also a nice mini fridge that kept my drinks cold. The parking spaces made it a little tricky because they were all diagonal and there were some guys that had moving trucks and moving vans that took up more than one space ,so it was really tight.So overall a good experience for a small motel. My only suggestion would be is maybe they could paint the outside and make it look nicer and probably hang up some curtains inside the hotel room instead of having one big shade.

The lady was rude, she raised her voice towards me and never gave me a chance to explain my situation. I had picked up my friend and she brought her dog along for the car ride. Seeing my friend with her dog the woman stopped me from packing my items in my car and yelled at me about the dog. She forced me to pay the overpriced $150 extra fee for animals, although the dog was never in the room.

Being I'm between homes, this is where I've been. Owners are very nice, and housekeeping is kept up. Nice quiet areaRooms: Room is pretty spacious

This is by far the sorriest excuse for a motel in the city, I found pee on the bed in the first room—was given another room and found yet ANOTHER pee stain in the bed. When I went to ask for a refund he claimed “refunds aren’t possible” then got up and started raising his voice. When he realized I was a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier than him he sat back down, and the refund was processed.

Great no frills hotel with excellent service. the rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was great.
