This is the best pet store ever! My dog and cat both love all of healthy pet's products. We have been coming to the store regularly for 8 years. From the dog/cat wash to superior treats to the phenomenal staff- nothing else compares.We started coming to the store when the owner was there every day with his sweet pup Biggie. He has cultivated an amazing community. My 13 year old domestic shorthair and my 6 year old Australian Shepherd are both incredibly healthy and youthful and it's all because of healthy pet!Do yourself a favor and order from them or visit in person!

It's always well stocked and great pet store. I haven't been in really for awhile but I still order food from here. Customer service has really declined and it might be helpful to tell employees not to mock me as I'm leaving in the future. Not a good look.

This is the BEST place for doggie baths! They have private rooms, great shampoo products and it is always well cleaned between pets. They also have a great product selections for food, treats and toys.

The location is wonderful! There’s two people here that really make this location shine, Brittany, and Bradley. They definitely go above and beyond for people and really, they’re both amazing. high-quality products here, but it is very expensive. there’s also a pet washing station here, which is great. They take Apple Pay here which is also handy. Some of the people at this location are incredibly rude and clearly do not care about you or their job. and I will say that those people really make this great store look bad. I will say that Bradley and Brittany are absolutely amazing and if you work with them, you won’t regret it and you will leave with a smile on your face. And a very happy furry friend. Also, if you’re headed to Trader Joe’s, and then want to go to Healthy, Pet afterwards, you can always leave your dog at happy pet for a short period of time while you do your shopping at Trader Joe’s.

I always use Healthy Pet for their user friendly dog wash stations! They sell all of my favorite food and grooming products, so if you’re looking for high quality and amazing service I highly recommend giving them the chance to serve you!

I love the variety and quality of pet foods and care products! I have a very particular senior cat and he loved what we got for him! Austin loves their pets and this local pet supply shop reflects that!

Great store with friendly staff! Store is located in the Seaholm Residential development. Plenty of things to choose from, whether foods or treats, or giving your dog a bath.

Healthy Pet is fantastic. They have a variety of food and supplies to keep your dog or cat healthy and happy. I took advantage of their pet wash station to clean up my dirty pup. The wash station is fabulous and has everything you need to clean your fur baby including a deep wash bin to keep your pet safely contained, a wash nozzle to control water pressure and temperature, a variety of shampoos, a drier and clean towels, brushes, and spray colognes to make them smell heavenly!They charge based on approximate weight, between $12-$16, which is very reasonable considering all of their amenities. Service is friendly and knowledgeable. I'll happily come here again to wash my dog and pick up supplies for her and my cat.

I can't thank you guys enough for shipping my specialty cat food to Florida. I'm not sure which store had it, as it seems you have 3 stores around Austin, but I'm so thankful. And it was packed great. Thank you again!

I recently moved to the area and started taking a long morning walk with my dogs every day. I popped into this shop after getting my coffee looking for a small bag of treats to give my dogs while they played on the turf right outside. The shop is well-stocked with a large variety of options and brands. The staff are very friendly and informative. They even allow you to leave your dog with them for a few minutes if you need to grab something quickly from TJ’s next door (which doesn’t allow animals inside), which I think is awesome. This place is now the final stop on our walk where I get my pups one fresh-made treat before we head home.

Waited for location to open up to find out the workers are 10-15min late. Came to traders to do my shopping then my dogs food before I have to leave out of town by 11:30am so now I spent money to park and have to drive elsewhere to rush now. When I told a worker who was outside waiting to be let in she didn’t seem to care.

Can't say enough good things about this location and especially their staff. Being a dog owner of a new Australian Shepherd, I've found myself with a lot of questions which felt like they could only be answered and solutioned by the experts. The staff at this Healthy Pet is has been my trusted consultants for questions ranging from choice of food, collars, harnesses, leashes, toys, and the list goes on. Most recently, Jamie helped me solve a major pulling problem that I've had with my dog. Initially I inquired about a gentle leader, which she helped me put on my dog for a test drive and then guided me to a prong collar which she had considerable knowledge around. After adjusting the prong collar to fit appropriately, we put it on my dog and near instantaneously, my dog no longer had a pulling problem. Absolute magic and the perfect example of why I continue coming back to this location. Thanks for all that y'all do!

I could go on and on about Healthy Pet, ad infinitum!!! Simply put - THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I adopted two rescue kidties - 9 years ago and started with Trevor (the owner who is one incredible being who cares about every detail of his business from products to fur babies and their owners!!!). The Customer Service is, again, THE BEST. I feel so taken care of and you will too!!! I'm grateful that I can go to a local pet store where I can get healthy food for my babies!!!Thank you Trevor and your staff.
