Great place to give your dogs a good scrubbin'. Healthy Pets is the place to go for all your animal's needs and a great place to give your best friend(s) a do-it-yourself bath. Great staff and clean establishment. Jack and Chica are crowd favorites!!!

This place is always so awesome, unfortunately I wasn't able to make it out till later this evening so when we came in at 515 we were turned away cause baths close at 530.

Friendly personnel, we mostly visit this place for the DIY dog wash. It's very convenient and a great value, top-of-the-shelf products so you can bathe your dog yourself.

Was here to wash my dog at 5:15. The website said they close the dog wash at 5:30. They wouldn’t let me wash my dog. Please update the website if you stop letting people wash their dogs early.

I have a senior Chihuahua who I am apparently the butler for.... She is constantly changing up what she will and won't eat. Thank goodness for this place they always have something that I can get that little bugger to go for! Friendly staff, great hours, and spectacular selection. Prices are reasonable and on the dry food that I feed the wee beastie, the 10th bag is free!They have super cute and really really really warm dog clothes.. The problem with a lot of places with their selection of pet sweaters is they may be cute, but they're not actually warm. There was a surprise cold snap one day, and my girl was freezing. I was able to get her the most amazing little hoodie sweater in fleece that she still wears 2 years later. They also have some really great treats that you can buy the amount you want. But the selection is incredible and I really really love this place..... apparently so does my finicky pupper❤

I love this place!! It's so funny how I gave a negative review for the gelato place next door because they seem to have teenage kids as staff who are absolutely terrible at customer service and their reviews reflect that. And then there are same age kids at this location and it's the complete opposite. They are consistently professional, nice to talk to, and very efficient. Their self service stations are fantastic and always well stocked. I went late one evening before Christmas and they were nice enough to stay a few mins longer to let me wash my dog. Now THAT'S customer service that is worthy of emulation, not the least by the gelato place next door. :) The store has some really good edibles for my dog. The healthy treats are a great choice. I highly recommend this place to pet owners.

The do it yourself doggie wash is the best. Probably the best deal for all you get. I have 23 lb Multipoo and it runs me $12 bucks. Time saver, back saver, and money saver for sure!

I love Healthy Pet Austin. Always taking the time to answer my questions, and help ensure my pets stay fed. I recently had a subscription snafu due to inventory issues but Emma was kind enough to work with me over the phone to sort it out and jump through all the hoops. Thank you so, so much Emma! Will continue to recommend this place to all the pet owners I run into.
