I’ve been living in these apartments for about 10 years. The staff is decent( they change very often, so I feel like I can’t give a thorough opinion about them) I love my apartment, spacious, and I love where the apartment complex is located. my biggest complaint is noise from upstairs neighbors. I’ve been mentioning about my same upstairs neighbors since last year ( 2023). I had one staff tell me the run down on how it goes on what they will do to fix this problem. Things didn’t seem to get fixed. It even seemed to get louder. Last summer I injured myself and I was bed ridden for a few months. Yes, stuck inside my home hearing my loud upstairs neighbors. Seeing that I was bed bound, I couldn’t walk to the office, to let the staff know about my same complaint for the 100th time, it felt. So, I called and talked to the office manager. I was told that A) I should talk to them( the neighbors) about the noise ( and which I thought was odd, but I did, twice prior, and nothing changed) or B) move. That was ridiculous. If they cared a little more about how uncomfortable and annoyed their tenants are making their other tenants feel, I would rate them higher, but unfortunately, I cannot. Please fix these “ small” problems to make your tenants feel more comfortable about living in your residency.

For the most part I have enjoyed living here. My only complaint is management does nothing concerning loud music/noises from neighbors home when reported to them. When reported, I've been informed that they (management) can't control what tenants do in there home, even if it effects the tranquility of mine. Their solution is to move me (I'm not the problem). I think it's sad not to have peace in my home. I understand ppl will have celebrations or just want to play music. But not to the point that it vibrates the floors and walls. If I turn my t.v. up to drain out the sounds from my upstairs and downstairs neighbors, then I'm being disrespectful of my neighbors around me. I'm the ONLY one being respectful. I'm literally caught between a rock and a hard place, with NO SUPPORT from MANAGEMENT. I know that nothing will come of it. I'm not asking for anyone to be evicted. I just want peace in my own space. And this is why I don't give 5⭐'s. I have realized that long time tenants aren't valued.
