Needed some long handled inner pinching snap ring pliers. I'm happy they had them here but not happy that my store didn't carry them. Sounds like they have stocking issues in Cedar Park. Had to drive about 10 miles out of my way. Harbor freight could learn a thing or two about having a way to deliver to store from other stores, thus increasing their sales and lessening the burden of their customers.

Went looking for a basic hook and eye connector--like you'd find on about half the gates and fences in the world. This hardware store doesn't have them? Has very little in the way of nuts, bolts, screws... I would like to support smaller chains but y'all gotta have the basics, folks!
Not 1 star because the staff tried to find what I needed. They just don't carry it...

Buyer beware! They won’t return anything once you open the box!
I’ve never seen anything like this. The return policy states if you’re unsatisfied for any reason… however it says the manager can refuse a return for any reason - one of which is that it has been opened.
I had several items that were terrible quality, so I wanted to return them and they said they wouldn’t because they couldn’t put it back on the shelf as is due to the condition of the boxes.
I’ll stick with Home Depot, Costco, even Walmart.

Had an issue with an air compressor once but for certain things harbor freight is a better deal for the money. Chicago electric is a good brand. I like their mixing drill and skillsaw. Diamondback tile saw is decent to start out with or in a pinch.

Beware of Poor Customer Service from Christina at the Registry
I recently had an unpleasant experience at this store, specifically with Christina at the registry. I wanted to share my experience to warn others about the subpar service I received.
I approached Christina to inquire about a price match for an item I had purchased two weeks prior from the same store. Despite the store's policy allowing for price matches, Christina was incredibly rude and dismissive. She adamantly refused to honor the price match, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy.
When I suggested a solution within the bounds of store policy—buying the item at the current price and then returning it with the old receipt for a price adjustment—Christina became even more hostile. She outright refused to sell me the item, claiming that I was attempting to game the system by returning it later.
It's disheartening to encounter such disdainful behavior from a store employee, especially when the company's own policies support the customer's request. Christina seemed to take personal offense to my inquiry, as if she were personally losing money by fulfilling a legitimate customer request.
To add insult to injury, Christina suggested that I visit another branch miles away if I wanted to pursue a price match or buy the item that I wanted. This disregard for customer convenience is unacceptable.
Fortunately, after escalating the issue to the store manager, I was able to finally secure the price match. However, the unnecessary hassle and confrontational attitude from Christina made what should have been a simple transaction needlessly complicated and unpleasant.
Overall, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with Christina at the registry. Her rude and grumpy demeanor detracts from the overall shopping experience at this store. Considering the abundance of other options available, I would recommend seeking out alternative establishments to avoid similar issues in the future.
