The staff at this hotel is amazing! We were traveling for work and had multiple events for which we needed help from the staff. They were amazing at accommodating us and made us feel welcome.

Does not have a hot tub despite search results saying it does. Cute little rooftop pool.
Room had odd issue with water pooling on the floor and I couldn't figure out why.

Great hotel near the university. Has self parking around $40 per night. Basic breakfast included.

We spent the weekend there to see the Longhorns play. The hotel to the stadium was not a far walk maybe a little over a mile. But, to get any decent food we either ordered in or had to drive due to all the restaurants near the hotel closing by 10pm and the options were limited to fast food. The staff was wonderful, even gave me a little bit of hell cause they thought I was a Roadrunner fan, lmfao.
Safety: Felt very safe in this hotel. Key card was needed for elevator to function.
Food and drinks: Only for bfast. No bar or restaurant in hotel premises.

I travel to Austin frequently for work and this hotel is perfectly situated for my needs. Th4 rooms are always clean and comfy, thr coffee is always hot and the texas shaped waffles are crispy and delicious!

We had the most amazing experience in Austin and this hotel was no exception. The staff went absolutely above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. The manager is one of the sweetest ladies in the world and made us feel like we were staying at an Airbnb. The breakfast is above average from what you’d expect for a free breakfast. The pool is great for cooling off. Would 100% stay here again!!

Noteworthy details: Awful customer service starting with the manager on down. They do not treat loyal 15 year diamond members well. Lots of other and better choices.

Third time here & above expectations per usual. Best service from the moment you pass through the double doors. Convenient location in the middle of everything but especially close to UT campus (perfect place for Orientation). Had the best barbacoa (as in barbacoa eggs served w/the breakfast buffet) & ran into Sonia who happily explained it was her recipe when I asked where they came from. Sonia's a Hampton Inn jewel as were all the hard working employees. I told her joyful manager & then heard all the staff clap & praise her behind the doors. How lovely! Will continue to stay here & feel we have newfound family outside Dallas. Good work, all. @Hampton you should be proud! ?????? (& we travel.a lot so we know great service!)

I was amazed by the room, service, food, and the staff's hospitality! They were beyond my expectations! However, I got multiple bitten by some bugs as shown here in the pictures. I think you should ask them how they clean the bedsheet before book your next trip! Bummer.
