I ordered a bouquet for delivery in georgetown, they were so sweet,delivered on time and also added a hit of roses which made me so happy! I could only afford the 2 flowers I picked so it was a nice suprise

So…my sweet sister ordered flowers for me for my 49th birthday today. Delivery was today and what I received was: 1) NOT the flowers she ordered, 2) NOT fresh mums…two are dying, 3) DID NOT include a card with the message she requested, 4) did not include the plant food, and 5) included the price, which she asked to NOT include. The only positive experience about this order was the delivery person, who was very nice and professional. The flowers were not as ordered or fresh. I do not recommend ordering from Blooms if attention to details will not be adhered to.

Ordered late yesterday afternoon, the delivery was made before 11am today. The arrangement was gorgeous and even had the same container as pictured on the website.

Always fresh veggies! The staff is super helpful. The food choices are a little different at every store, this one has variety. It's always clean and the hours work for me.

On the pharmacy website, it clearly states that deliveries can be made on the same day as long as it is ready and you call before 3 PM! When I called and spoke to CJ, he said that the information on the website is incorrect and that the cut off is 2 PM. When I asked him why they don't correct the information, he basically admitted that HEB is too large to make sure that those types of store specific changes. How disappointing, since I have a trip in the morning and have no way to get to the pharmacy today.

I got my wedding florals (centerpieces and bouquets) from HEB Blooms in Mueller. I was not picky about the specific types of flowers and just said I wanted colorful wildflowers (I also sent a few inspiration photos). The end product was gorgeous and I was thrilled with them! The prices were also very reasonable; I did a lot of research and this was one of the most cost effective options. (We were also able to put the bridesmaid bouquets in vases on some of the tables which saved us $ on centerpieces). The staff was a bit slow to respond via email and there was one thing missing from my order (rose petals) but overall I would still recommend if you are looking for great quality florals on a budget!

So disappointing. I understand how good HEBs can be. The Meuller HEB? Fantastic. This one? A good selection and a clean store, but rude, careless workers. My curbside orders have incorrect items, damaged products, and rotten produce. Workers here generally don't care about doing a good job. Really disappointing.

Very nice Heb, 5 stars! Well laid out store, they have a great selection of products. The bakery items are always delicious. I love that they have small gifts and balloons up front so you can grab and pay without having to go far. My favorite bakery items are croissants, empanadas and brownies. Bring your own bag. My favorite is that they have fruits peeled and cut, so if you go on lunch, its perfect.

Me and my friend just shopped today at the H-E-B and we were buying some wine. His is from Israel and his passport did not verify enough to purchase of the wine. The reason behind this, is the manager said, "they must have American passport to buy alcohol at their grocery store". Which most people that are not from America use passports as ID. She was implying you must be American to buy alcohol in their grocery store. Which is systematic racism, bigotry, intolerance and anti-semite.

The service and selection at HEB is world class. The sushi department at the Westlake has restaurant level Sushi and I often stop in and grab some rolls on my lunch break. It's a nice little blessing to have great sushi without all of the hassle of a sushi restaurant. I also love walking in and seeing all the flowers and the floral department that greets you. The produce and meat departments also work very hard to keep the food stocked and fresh. Thank you HEB!

Generally, store is stocked and clean, everyone is super helpful, and parking is great! Overall, Super nice HEB, but I had to call out MARK, my cashier today who was FABULOUS! Super sweet, engaging, and fast, and, when my popcorn kernels bag exploded everywhere at the register, he was super sweet, laughed about it, cleaned up the atomic bomb of kernels super fast, finished my order, and sent someone to get a new bag! I Kept apologizing, but he kept saying, "Don't worry about it - it keeps our job interesting." Thanks for always working hard, HEB friends :)

I inquired regarding the current mask policy for employees since hardly any were wearing them. My question was, "Does HEB require employees to show that they are vaccinated in order to not wear masks?"... Seems like an appropriate question given the current state of public health and risks to those that are immune compromised. While I was speaking to one employee, another (mask-less) employee overheard my question and interrupted. She was pretty agressive and basically told me to mind my own business. I'm not sure why she thought she needed to interject and defend herself but her attitude was completely unnecessary. So, HEB... what is the current policy for employees and vendors?

I got my first Covid vaccine on 3/5. I walked in and out in 10 minutes. It was so fast and easy it didn’t seem right. H-E-B as always is a superb corporate citizen to Texans.
