The employees are so nice! I lost my keys and all of the employees helped me find them! They searched the security cameras and searched all of the aisles. Angelica, Donny, Antonia, and more were very helpful

There are better HEB’s in town but this is not that bad. I had ro run down to store for getting drinking water. It took me some time to find the big water cans. The staff is very friendly :) This place is near to my office so I will go there again.

I wanted to check out the new HEB. It was pretty nice! HEB stands for "Here Everything's Better" or maybe Howard Edward Butt... You can see why they chose Here Everything's Better. Too many Butt jokes.

The Curbside department customer service have improved since -2022. The Curbside staff are always professional and have my orders ready in a timely manner. I really like the large, covered carport that shields from the rain and the hot sun.

Thought I would try the new-ish location. Won’t be back. Small. Chopped up. Hard to get around. Could not find a single onion, only bags. Needs more ways to check out and more open lanes or self check. 9:30PM. There was a parking space. Well stocked. Clean.

I do not recommend patronizing THIS HEB store. The management support team has poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.Recently, I went in to exchange a watermelon. After getting all required approvals for the replacement, the self checkout rep accused me of stealing the watermelon! They didn’t check with customer service or ask to see my receipt. They just ran to my car, yelling that I didn’t pay for the watermelon. The incident was embarrassing to say the least. I have been a long time customer for several years and to be accused of stealing without any just cause is unacceptable! It can be incredibly frustrating when HEB ignores employees who exhibit behavior that makes it seem as if they don't care about their customers, but rather how much money they can make from consumers. This does not align with HEB's core value of hard work and the importance of taking care of their customers.

This was my first experience at a HEB! Let me begin with WOW! This place gives the word one stop shop a new meaning. We bought so much stuff. This place has amazing produce and a massive selection of wine. I got a great lesson in wine and champagne choices. The employees are so helpful and the store is really clean. I still can’t get over the selection here. You do need to bring your own bags or you will be charged a tiny fee for a bag.

A staple in my life. HEB is a place I am proud to shop at, and I'm always pleased with their new deals, coupons, online bonus savings, and I even signed up and got the HEB Visa recently.Keep up the quality. House products are great. Even with my limited budget as a retired teacher, shopping the outside aisles and getting HEB brand goods makes maintaining a healthy lifestyle possible.

I worked at this H-E-B for a little over 3 months. It was a complete nightmare from day one. No schedule was ever given to me, just expected to know when and where to show up. Was told I would be scheduled no more than 30 hours a week because that was the commitment I agreed to with Jeff the store manager upon being interviewed. With in 2 weeks of working there I was scheduled 40 hours a week. When I raised my concerns to Alexa the Curbside manager she told me that I was some how responsible and had to make sure I worked all the hours or consequences would be taken against me. She then agreed to not schedule me for more than 30 hours a week again. This is the second time H-E-B has made this same commitment to me at this point. With in a couple of weeks that commitment was broken again by Alexa and H-E-B. At this point since I was not able to fulfill the 30+ hours H-E-B scheduled me for, I was on what they call a “step 5”. Unfortunately I came down with an eye infection and was not able to make to work. When I showed back up to work Alexa told me “H-E-B does not allow doctors notes.” But I continued to work any ways. I then was called into the upstairs office by Alexa and Paul and was essentially fired. I fully regret ever working at this trash company. They pay their employees like trash. They treat their employees like trash. And they sit here bull sh*ing you with this whole “partner” nonsense. When you file your taxes it stays “employee of H-E-B.” None of you are their partners. You’re all pawns in their game. Unless you’re making $20+ an hour I would leave as fast you can.Sincerely,Nick Maguire

Make sure you don’t go early in the morning and get accosted by Rosemary for having more than 10 items in the self checkout when there isn’t a checker at the lanes in sight. Why are you so upset I was going to do the work? It’s self checkout.Loved the attitude especially when she said it’s 10 items or less can’t you see?!?!She seriously needs a day off or a new job. But I guess H‑E‑B allows having bitter old women get aggressive with their customers.

A fantastic HEB with a god-awful parking lot. If you're coming from the west, this is a pretty easy HEB to get to. If you're coming from the Y, however, it's a total PITA.

This is a great store with a great selection and staff. I don't understand why they don't supply bags for your groceries. This store is surrounded by other HEBs in the area that do supply bags. The supreme court found that bag ban laws were illegal and unenforceable. Why does this store continue to inconvenience its customers. I purposely avoid this location when possible for this reason. Tonight I stopped here and spent $300 on groceries, bought bags, bagged my groceries myself, and threw the bags away as soon as I got home. These thicker plastic bags are even worse on the environment. I can't even repurpose them like I can with the thinner bags. Every item I purchased comes with some form of plastic and plastic bags are supplied for veggies and meats. I'm not going to drive around with 10-15 reusable bags in the cab of my truck that stink and have to be washed anytime I purchase something that leaves residue on them. Stop trying to push an agenda on your consumers, especially when the thought behind it makes no sense. If people want to use reusable bags, they will. Stop forcing it on those that don't want to.

VERY disappointed with HEB. Shopped with them for years. Basically, forcing people to scan your own groceries, or wait in 2 lines, 10 deep for a checker. If you're going to have a person there to help bag and show you how to search for the produce, yet have to override your wine purchases, they would be much faster than me scanning $175 worth at 8:30pm after a long day... Left so mad, I'll just go to Randall's from now on.

This is the newest H‑E‑B in southwest Austin and it's great. It replaces an old H‑E‑B and this new store is amazing. Clean, well lit inside and out. Aisles are wide enough to move around. The store seems to be well stocked with all you could want. Checkout areas are plentiful and the self checkout is even better if you have a few items. Produce section is well stocked with everything you could want. I love H‑E‑B not only are they a great store but is always there for Texas in times of disasters. Texas is truly a gem.
