HEB floral department is awesome! I bought a corsage and boutonniere here and they turned out beautifully!
Edit: Apparently kids day was today, I don't got no kids but they gave out free hotdogs. Anyone who gives out free hotdogs has my loyalty. I love hotdogs

HEB sucks.
Everyone who works here are so miserable acting. Customer service is just atrocious. The prices aren't good at all. Pickup is horrible and slow AF. My last order took 20 f'ing minutes to pick up, during my window. Half of the items are out of stock or terrible quality on pick-up. It's such a huge waste of time and money.
The last straw for me was my latest pickup order where they sold me a bunch of clearance items at full price and sold me ground beef and upcharged me for it. Customer service wrote back a week later telling me they disclosed the rip offs and that they were right about scamming me. Basically blamed me for getting ripped off!!!!! See pictures of their garbage response.
Wow. Not ever again.
I shop at Target where they have decent customer service and good sales and Walmart where the prices are cheap and you know the CS is terrible but at least save money.
HEB ain't it.

8pm on a Friday night and I'm trekking across the desert and by the time I get in, the lines looked like bathroom lines at ACL.
I walked right out.

My review is based on the bakery at this HEB. For a long time, I have been buying the flour tortillas that they make and it was never an issue but now this HEB is mixing up the packaging for the flour and butter tortillas and they keep giving me the wrong type of tortillas. Please fix this and get your labeling right

1June2024 I’m back again at H.E.B plus! after 2 yrs. Whenever I am in Texas this is my all meals go to place.
Love everything in this store. The candles, the produce, the makeup isle, the vitamin isle, the staff that have samples of products in the store. This store is always clean and packed all the time. There is security rolling around on a standup electric tri-wheel throughout the parking lot.
I could go on and on. I’ll let my pictures speak for me. Anything(within reason)that you need or want H.E.B has it. Even a jewelry store inside. No joke! Their plant selection and garden stuff are wonderful.
