Their curbside customer service is excellent. If I order groceries from a different big box store, I am treated like a number, but with this HEB, I am treated like a person. I accidentally placed an order for tomorrow instead of today. And a kind employee was willing to shop it for me today because it came up on her screen (typically they can only access the present days orders, but she could see mine). She bent over backwards to help me out. And I really did need my groceries today. Thank you H‑E‑B curbside team!!

Great produce selection. Employees are usually kind and helpful. Store feels generally safe and clean. A recent incident in the parking lot does make me cautious about shopping after dark.One night after I had parked my car and was about to get out, a person appeared at my drivers side car window and seemed very urgent to talk to me. They had two other people with them. They very much startled me, appearing right next to my car. I asked them what they wanted. They repeatedly mumbled something and I got the gist that they were begging for money. I saw them approach at least 3 other people in the parking lot asking them for money.

I like the H-E-B fuel service prices, or some of the best. Their credit card reader is one of the most secure that I found. And I have researched it about the credit card reader.

Terrible customer service. Been coming here for seven years with no issues. Within the last two month CS has gone to pot. First I was ignored by several employees at the deli counter. I was the only one waiting, staring at staff that refused to make eye contact with me. Today the butcher copped an attitude and got passive aggressive with me when I informed him that the price I was charged was a dollar more per pound than what was advertised. Like I did something wrong? Think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Don't think they care though.

The young blond Karen G was not friendly at all. No hello, no thank you or good by! Makes me not want to come anymore! It wasn't even busy for that kind of attitude!

Easy parking. Easy in and out. Store is well organized/logical! I'm buying Meal Simple and Deli because I'm in the process of moving to Kerrville and everything is in boxes. And easy and delicious solution?

This is the best overall HEB. The produce is always fresh. The meat has a great variety and excellent quality. Their curbside pickup is excellent. They make sure I get excellent produce every time! I started using curbside bc of covid, but now I'm hooked.

This review is about CHRISTI in pharmacy. She is outstanding! She helped me several times over the phone and was super patient with me and my concerns/questions. She was even willing to wait for me to arrive possibly a few minutes after closing as I was coming from quite a ways away. Christi is friendly, attentive, and has the customer service skills of a pro...I wish I was treated this way everywhere! Thank you Christi!
