I've been going to this location for 15 years. It has always been dependable and helpful. But not today, it was disappointing & exhausting. Walked in to get 1 item from the cell phone accessories area. Searching for an employee to help unlock the item to purchase it. Waiting 30+ minutes before assistance arrived to help.
If assistance is going take this long at least have a bench nearby so people can wait to get help. Instead of waiting this long. Or just be upfront & direct and say you can't help. The honesty would be appreciated.

I usually don't do reviews but this worker was amazing her name is VLADA if I'm correct she's a self-checkout employee she was incredibly sweet and had a genuine conversation with me. It was a rough day and she definitely made it better, thanks VLADA for being a great employee!!

Truly monstrous. As someone who has been shopping at heb for 43 years and liked the old store at Congress and Oltorf, this trend towards monster stores sux. Bring back mid-size stores. It's almost comical how big this store is. It makes it hard to find things, and the layout is really confusing. It's optimized for when robots find and deliver your groceries to you, but it's beyond human scale. It's inhumane, how big it is. Is the idea that you'll get lost in here, spend more time, and buy more stuff? Like Ikea tries to trap customers in a maze? Everything is overscale, except for the cigarette racks at the checkouts. Some genius made them 1 to 2 feet too low. I bonked my noggin on it while bagging, and the cashier said she'd done it a million times as well. She also said it was so low that she couldn't see the cashier while she was bagging. I told her to speak to store leadership about it.
If I wanted to shop at a warehouse store, I'd join Sam's or Costco. This store is just too big. Bigger isn't always better, HEB.

I want to know who thought it was a good idea to allow a graduation party in H-E-B while people are trying to shop.

I love my local heb. When I first moved out here I would only go to Walmart. But now I can't live without heb! I only go to Walmart if he doesn't carry what I need, and that rarely happens!

One of the worst HEB ever! Checkers stand around and talk to each other and slowly scan your items. Managers sit in their butt instead of walking the floor or they would know what’s going on! I had to call and give them to tell them to check what’s up. Don’t brother shopping there!

Paid over $100 for groceries and was still confronted by their hoodlum loss prevention and accused of stealing which was incredibly embarrassing. The low life crawled away like a snake when he saw my receipt. Called corporate and they never got back to me/did nothing.

This is one of my favorite HEBs ! It's never packed and everyone is super nice! It's easier to find stuff here too, I feel like the layout is much better.

Typically, my HEB experience is stellar. However on May 4th, we placed our weekly curbside order to be picked up on May 5th. We got a notification shortly before pick up time that it would be delayed an hour. We went an hour and a half later to pick up our groceries. We again waited almost an hour in the parking lot. Once the items were loaded up into our car, we drove home quite late only to realize that our order was more than half missing. As we unloaded we catalogued 38 missing items. We contacted them with images of what happened. No reply or refund. We really needed to buy food for our family and called to see if someone would please help us. This has been a frustration process and very little we can do but wait for someone at HEB to care.
