I was unable to place a cake order due to misunderstanding from the staff. They finally understood my order. A manager assisted and we picked up our cake. A 21st bday girl and guests were disappointed to see that what we ordered is not what we got. Buttercream frosting with no filling. We ordered elite with filling. It matters a lot due to butter cream being so so sweet. Called to try to get that cake ordered (for craving purposes) but was offered a refund. Do better at communicating and staffing.

Terribly crowded after daytime work hours. Also tried to call the meat department, waiting 20 minutes while still no one picked up. Prices and descriptions are mixed up in the app. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent H-E-B.

I dropped off a disabled rider here. I will never come here to shop. Drove around the parking lot for 10 min just to find a parking spot while my rider shopped. Handicap spots all taken. I had to drop her off at the store entrance and ended up parking at the end of the parking lot to wait. This parking situation was not well planned out nor designed with this high number of shoppers in mind. Its a frustrating situation.

There was this lady in a blue uniform and ginger hair who looks like a manager who called the cops on a dude because he was "stealing" he had heb bags from the self checkout and if you shop here you know the workers give you a bag and make sure you scan the bag why would he have a bag if he was "stealing" when the guy only spoke Spanish was telling her multiple times he even went in the trash to get his receipt showing her multiple times and the lady just said "I don't care I'm calling the cops".Do not come here looking for good customer service.i would like to know that woman's name.

Hands down my favorite HEB food court and bar? What more can you ask for? All the food I’ve tried is so good. They smoke the bbq overnight off site so it’s very tender.

Don’t pick up from here!! Got a notification my order was ready 15 min before my selected time, I got here and still waited 15-20 minutes for someone to bring my one bag of items.

This location has baggers (young kids) who jump from register to register so they do not have to bag big orders and when they do, they throw everything in one bag so your grocery bags weigh close to 20 lbs if you have canned goods
