The young manager, Rodney, needs to mature a little bit. He is not supporting his female team the way he should, and they are running circles around him as far as customer service. It took him 15 minutes to respond to his walkie-talkie page, and he immediately walked up and told me I was wrong about a coupon, because he wasn't listening. I had to go to another female associate, who realized the error immediately, and had to bring him back over again to correct it. Do better, Sir! Treat your staff and your customers with more patience and understanding, please- especially when they are calling out your errors. :)

As much money as this place makes, they should be able to afford the staff to ring peoples groceries up. I was there, 830 am, line was 7 deep, 1 cashier and no bagger. Meanwhile there were 3 managers standing around, watching. Maybe they could have opened up registers themselves and even bagged. Instead they guided me and my elderly mother to the self scan. So lemme get this straight, I now have to ring up my own groceries AND bag them??? I worked for heb for almost 21yrs, this would have never happened if I was working. This is pathetic, this is NOT customer service. I thought heb was about community and giving??? And when can I go get my paycheck? I did scan and bag my own groceries, can I get a raise?

Got a suitcase stolen from the bed of my pickup. Mt grandson's suitcase and it had all of his allowance saved up for spring break trip - over $100.

Rude employees; baggers and other employees just stand there talking while you bag your own groceries then jump in at the last minute. Feel bad for the cashier that doesn't get any support.

I was not able to find everything I wanted. Visiting from Washington state and wanted Cafe Ole coffee beans and most bags were only ground coffee. I was only able to get 4 different bags of beans. This was the last HEB before our flight.
