My sister recently visited the H-E-B Springdale pharmacy, and I was in the car with her. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Joseph, the pharmacy staff member, seemed to be having a rough day. After handing over some of the medication, he abruptly ended the interaction in a manner that felt rude and dismissive.
When my sister realized he had forgotten one of her prescriptions, she pressed the call button again. Joseph returned to the window with an unfriendly tone, simply saying, “What?” My sister, concerned about his attitude, politely asked if he was having a good day. He responded, “Yes, what do you need?”
She then requested to speak with a supervisor, but Joseph claimed he was in charge of the pharmacy and was the only person working. He also refused to get a store manager when asked. The entire experience left us feeling disrespected and frustrated with the service provided.

Do not use this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Most basic pharmacy functions do not work and they regularly don't follow up on things they say they will do

This pharmacy is some thing else... today I got a nice fellow to help me on the phone... he was not focusing.. or paying attention... but he had a courteous tone.. so that helped me keep me kool. But usually this pharmacy always takes forever... on the phone or drive thru...
And u wonder why.. customers change HEB's... anyhoo... thank u taylor

I just moved to Austin, and this is the closest HEB pharmacy to where I’m at. They have been very helpful as far as transferring all of my prescriptions over from other pharmacies, the pharmacist has called me to warn me about medication interactions and to verify allergies, and even though they are understaffed, they are extremely efficient!

They were laughing at my husband because he doesn't know English very well. It was rude and I called to ask for the manager but he didn't care. 51st HEB IS BETTER!!!! They messed up my medication

They are so massively incompetent. They have lied to me, they have tried to overcharge me, they have closed randomly because they are "experiencing issues and won't reopen for several hours". I would highly recommend going to another HWB pharmacy or another pharmacy in general. This pharmacy is worthless and will give you trouble

Ive been trying to get my medications all day and the pharmacy is yet to be open. I call to check and all they say is please hold and keep you on hold for over 5min!

such a positive experience! and i think the first time a pharmacist took time at the beginning to ask me how i was doing. also, it’s important to note this was much cheaper out-of-pocket (than other pharmacies) with using their free GoodRx coupons ??????lastly they deliver for free!! very happy i switched over to this pharmacy ✔️?

Pretty much the best place to shop for fresh groceries and household items at the most reasonable price.Their generic brands are even pretty close to the major brands. Some, like the powdered coffee creamer, I prefer over the extra sweet Coffee Mate or any of the others. Their fresh seafood and meats are definitely better than most the name brand ones. They are definitely a lot cheaper as well.

Their electric carts are always out of battery an it’s hard to get around with my prosthetic leg but other than that everything is fine
