Tonight is my last straw with this pharmacy. I was understanding all the times before. I changed the type of medication I was taking so I didn't have to continue educating them on which types of needles I needed (even though my doctor had included them in the notes when she sent the prescription). I forgave when the pharmacy tech mansplained to me. But when you put my son at risk of a seizure? I AM DONE.
I called in two refills 2 days ago using the automated system. One of them just disappeared into the ether. The other we never got a notification about. We checked tonight, and it's unable to be refilled! No reason given. No one contacted us to let us know that it couldn't be filled. No one tried. No one cared. So now, tomorrow morning, I have to go down there and get one of them to pay attention to me long enough to tell me where to get this stuff so I can prevent my already traumatized son from having a seizure.
I am done with this negligence, and I will be transferring all of my family's prescriptions somewhere else, and God help them if he does have a seizure tomorrow because they're about to get sued.

I stopped going here in 2016 due to the poor service. I thought I would try it again because it is close to my home. Sadly, it hasn’t changed at all. A simple prescription was sent in 2 days prior. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t ready yet, and could I wait 30 minutes. Thirty minutes passed and the script still wasn’t ready. I left without the prescription and will have to try another day. I have found that the Westlake Hills HEB pharmacy is much more efficient and friendly. I can drive an additional 10 miles , pick up a prescription from the Westlake Heb, and arrive home in less time than it takes to get something filled at my neighborhood HEB in Circle C .

Very frustrated that a pharmacist told us that an OTC nasal spray would definitely be a safe product for my family member with medically controlled epilepsy who they have the prescriptions on file for and told us to get it. This product caused them to have seizures when they shouldn’t have. When we looked the product up in drug interactions after noticing unexpected seizures on the days that they used the product, it says that it is a known hazard for epileptic people and interacts with many of the medications they are taking and causes seizures due to the interactions. There really must be more training on drug interactions with epileptic people because it was really scary and disheartening to go through this and find out that the pharmacist had really misinformed us. Absolutely malpractice.

Had surgery, pd for and set up pharm delivery at noon today. A man took the call around 10:40 am. At 5:55 pm RX are still not delivered. Spoke with 'Candace the lead technician-"( mgr had gone home.) She saw where it had been noted to be delivered but del. people were not informed. (?) Candace said : 1. too late to set up today. 2. Rx still there. IF I NEEDED RX THAT BAD I SHOULD HAVE COME AND PICKED IT UP MYSELF. (I had surgery and am not allowed to drive yet.) That was unprofessional/rude/total lack of regard for the patient's health/wellbeing.. I said "What if it had been life threatening if the patient didn't get it?" She said "HEB doesn't deliver-third party does it-not HEB's fault-third party's fault." What if patient cannot drive because of heart, whatever? Answer: should have found another way.Third party's fault-not theirs. I asked how was it theirs if del. never told. I ordered it-somebody asked for address/contact/made sure I would be here--then dropped the ball. "Candace the Lead Technician" was more interested in blaming 3rd party-than figuring out how to get rx delivered. Zero concern if patient was harmed in any way by the incompetence-Just "If you want it you should have found a way to get it."(ummm, I did) So, it's uber time. Not ONCE did she accept responsibility or "apologize for any convenience." I understand working with people all day--and the stress involved--but if it gets to where you are more concerned over who to blame than find out how to deliver, make it right or make sure it doesn't happen again--somebody needs another line of work. This easily could have been seizure med. or nitroglycerin to prevent a heart attack. I wonder if Candace will still be blaming "third party contracted by HEB-NOT HEB" instead of realizing that this could have been a life threatening mistake. (NOT just poor customer service here---Iwas shocked at the total lack of understanding the possible consequences to the patient because of the total lack of seriousness. Important medicine was not delivered--NOT a pizza.

The employees should have more ethics, an employee named John always bothers my husband by taking photos, this is not comfortable, the pharmacy should do something about it

The curbside at this location is terrible!! All spots full and I'm waiting to just park. They only have 2 or three people running out to 20 spots. This has happened more than once to me. I just waited 20 minutes to park! How much longer until I get my food?? Don't come here for curbside!!!

This is a pharmacy run by a rock star. She has led her group to go above and beyond in customer service. They are so kind, compassionate, and gracious. The entire staff is so very kind. I don't have the words to describe how thankful I am, for the way they went above and beyond for this customer. Just amazing.

Got a $5 for $20 coupon in emailUnfortunately, when I tried to check out it was "unable to verify my account"The manager explained that they were unable to push this thru in the store. If corporate is going to issue "limited" coupon, they should have their stuff straightThe coupon was to get me to go in the store - instead I think I need to look at other stores

Just deleted an old critical review and am replacing it with this one. They have now complied with my previous request. But more important, I just had the most extraordinary experience with their floral department. I am now convinced that a chain store can in fact be a friendly local store as well. Great staff, very willing to go way out of their way to help a disabled shopper. “My H‑E‑B?” Sure, why not. Seems to fit here. Thank you.

I pre-ordered sandwich trays and veggie trays for our school luncheon this week. The ordering process was smooth and the curbside pick up was quick and easy. The trays looked nice and our teachers & families enjoyed the food.I don't like shopping at this location but I was pleased with this order.

My daughter has epilepsy and needs her anti seizure meds. I was surprised when HEB filled her prescription last time with meds that would be out of date in a few weeks when it was supposed to last 2 months. Then when I asked them to replace the remaining unused meds with unexpired meds they charged me again. They sold me unusable meds and made ME pay to replace them. I won't go here again. I'm gonna move her prescription to a different store.
