Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Slow and disorganized with the most checked-out employees I’ve ever seen. Go to any other pharmacy if you can help it.

I have always received good service at the HEB Pharmacy. I normally drop off my prescription and they will send a text when it is ready for pickup. If i need to wait for it to be filled, I just plan on doing a little grocery shopping

Long lines and SOME of the managers are very RUDE NOR HELPFUL. I do want to mention that the cashier Alex is AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOWS OUT OF HIS WAY. Not sure if you have more than way Alex but this guy is African American with dread type hair☺️ way to go air!

One of the pharmacist assistant was very rude. I asked her a question if they got Apple Pay and with an attitude she said no. They all need to wear a name tag. Very unprofessional of them

Literally called for my prescription at 12:37 and was told to wait an hour , kinda long to wait but whatever . Came in at 3pm and was told to wait they’d have to make it !! So I waited this entire time for nothing jus to have to wait some more

Worst pharmacy ever seen in Austin, called for prescription and was told that the medication will be ready by 14:00 o’clock, couldn’t make it that day, but when I went there to pick up the prescription, I was told that it will be ready at 14:00 today, which is a big problem of miscommunication issue between the HEB pharmacy staff.

I have been using this H‑E‑B pharmacy for the last 2 yrs it’s been great honestly over the phone and in store. Now not so much in the last month they never answer the phone and tonight a tech answered the phone for the first time in weeks asked me for DOB and hung up in my face. Being that I don’t have a vehicle it’s a pain to go up there when you can simply get an answer over the phone. H‑E‑B is pretty advance they should have online chat and other online services it would save customers and over worked techs who don’t feel like answering simple questions.My second complaint is how some of the female employees are at self check out. I’m sure due to a lot of criminal activity in the area they have a lot to deal with. However some of them just see the color of your skin and immediately start treating you like a criminal. I’ve seen on a couple occasions how they’re worrying about paying customers there are homeless from the area walking out with an entire bag of food. Just odd people should be kinder. Not everyone is a bad person
