This pharmacy staff is always great, but a special shout out to Krista today for helping me to get meds that were short on supply from another pharmacy when they were unable to fill. She’s always incredibly helpful, empathetic, patient and friendly. Thanks heb pharmacy team for making a stressful thing a little less!

I like this H E B. I can have my morning coffee, head over, pick up the groceries I need and they never seem to be too empty or over crowded... Its like the middle bed in the story of Goldie locks and the 3 beats... Not too hard ... Not too soft.... This HEB... Its just right. Have a great day Austin TX. I go to pick up prescription. I present a "Good RX" coupon for $29. The clerk, in a very disrespectful way, sneers and says "you got to show us that before we ring it up. You got to wait now." I wait, they don't do anything. Ten minutes later he tell me that the coupon is not accepted and I have to pay $46. I ask why, no answer, do I want the medicine or not. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I typically use the H-E-B location at 8801 S. Congress. The pharmacy is staffed much better despite the increased volume. The pharmacist who helped me with my vaccine today was so sweet despite how absolutely slammed they were. Get her some help!

This is a very consistent and reliable pharmacy. No matter how busy they are, customer service is always top tier. HEB is a great store to shop at already so being able to get prescriptions filled while I shop is a plus! Honestly no store does more than my HEB... (Cheesy but true) ?

I have made a formal complaint to the corporate office, and making a review here was the only way I got a response. I had to reorder meds as a default for one my mine, and will be counting pills to ensure I was t stolen from from another pharmacist.

Do NOT come here after 8, the carts "lock up" and you're unable to leave. Weirdest,embarrassing experience yet for just going to get groceries. Will be going to to another HEB where clearly crime and theft isn't an issue and I'll be able to leave freely after paying.

Longest wait times at this pharmacy! Had three prescriptions get sent here and and the drive-thru took 45+ mins every-time! It’s straight up ridiculous! Switching pharmacy’s now!

Took longer than they said... When in pain it seems even longer. Jennifer was less than pleasant. Especially when working with people that can be having pharmaceutical needs. Jennifer could revisit a customer service training. Looks at you like you're crazy when you ask her a question...like "why are you bothering me"? Mary was very nice for both interactions however I will not return.

The staff pharmacist, Jenny, went well above and beyond to help locate an immunization record from a Covid immunization that was not even given by HEB. We are so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help us.

This is the worst HEB pharmacy. I don't know if the staff is incompetent or if HEB has decided to f*** them over for seemingly no reason. But they are f****** terrible at their jobs. I have meds go days without being filled, 0 notice, 0 effort to fill it, and 0 idea as to when they will give me my meds. I come in to talk to these folks as nice as possible KNOWING they are overwhelmed and I get snark and sass. F*** this pharmacy
