@heb put signs up encouraging people to pay in app while they’re waiting or something. Takes absolutely forever to pick up in this drive thru — just waited 40 minutes.

Kate who infomed me she was the lead pharmacist at this location, was rude and condescending to me when I brought up my concerns about a medication that was set on auto refills but did not refill. I told her that this was the fourth time this has happened to my medications, and everyone just says there is nothing they can do. She said that she would put in a ticket for the system. Then she said that while I was talking to her, she could have been filling other prescriptions because she was the only pharmacist working. I informed her that my concerns were just as important as all other customers. She then stated that she was busy and did not have time for my concerns and told me if I was not happy at this pharmacy, she would transfer my prescription somewhere else where I would be happy, in a condescending tone.
I have been an HEB pharmacy customers for long as I can remember and this by far is one of the rudest pharmacist I have ever encounter. This is not what I expect from a professional and not one from HEB. She made me feel like my concerns were not important and more like a bother to her. Not cool!
If she is responsible for this pharmacy her attitude reflects how her staff treat customers.

I have TRIED to fill a refill for a prescription 6 times now, and EVERY TIME they don't fill it until I show up. They said they won't fill it ahead of time because my insurance isn't covering it, but I've shown up every time to pick it up. I've even explained to them that my insurance doesn't go through until the day I pick it up but they STILL don't fill it. I have to call in-person before I go to pick it up or I'll have to wait 20-30min for them to fill it. And that's AFTER waiting 20-30 minutes in line. OH, and they love to blame the customer like it's their fault when something goes wrong when it is clearly their issue and they refuse to fix the issue. I've explained MY issue with them many times, they don't note it in my file (although I've asked them to), and they still blame me everytime like I'm stupid. I will not go here any more.

Just wanted to say I've always had excellent service from the HEB Mueller pharmacy staff - although HEB Mueller in general is ridiculously inefficient at handling the crowds that pile in at peak times.

Man, it sucks that so many people seem to have problems at this HEB pharmacy, because I’ve had nothing but the best experiences here. They’re always busy, but they’ve never treated me like an imposition when I have questions in person or on the phone. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely kind and helpful, and my prescriptions are consistently ready on time. Plus they make sure I’m aware of prescription costs before I come in so there’s no sticker shock or offer whatever HEB discount program they have if it’s cheaper than my insurance, which is always appreciated!

I never write reviews but this pharmacy is always giving a lot of people I know including myself issues. My doctor prescribed me antibiotics & the pharmacist stated " we can't fill it for you because it's twice the recommended dosage" when MY doctor literally told me it was two tablets per day & they refused to fill it completely, knowing I'm needing the antibiotics ASAP! Then she continued being rude for no reason. Please save yourself some time and fill your prescription needs anywhere else!

I work with people who are homeless due to complex medical issues and HEB Pharmacy has so much room for improvement in assisting this population. Their staff has told me they won't deliver to a shelter, transitional housing, group home, etc.. I have people with advanced cancer, vomiting from chemo, who have to take the bus to HEB because of this cruel policy. Their staff don't offer any alternatives, they just sing, "We don't deliver to shelters, have a nice day!" like there's nothing behind the eyes.

I get a different (conflicting) story from every person I talk to about why my prescription isn’t available. I finally was able to get a discount code to the person on the phone, and she told me it processed properly and that I could pick up my medication in an hour. I arrive and there’s no prescription and no one even can find anything about the coupon code or that the scrip was supposed to be filled at all. The supervisor took zero responsibility for all of the incorrect and conflicting information I was given, gave me more conflicting info, and rudely asked if there’s Anything Else. Now I get to go another night without the medicine I need. That’s just this time. I have had multiple instances where a medication was supposed to be ready but someone at the pharmacy dropped the ball and either didn’t send what they needed to to the doctor, or somehow took my meds out of the queue for no reason, or sent it back to the doc because they didn’t understand the dosage (which was clear)—all resulting in long delays on medicines that I’m supposed to take every day.

Takes forever and a day to get anything there. God help you if you go there after work…you will be in line a loooooong time, even if there are only a couple people waiting. I don’t know why they don’t have more people working there. Also, they close at 8pm weekdays. Best go to HEB Hancock. Shorter wait times and they’re open later. (Also a better store overall.)

This HEB pharmacy is a mess. I understand that they’re busy, but they're clearly not staffed appropriately for the volume of customers who come through this location. Wait times in their car line are usually 35-45 minutes, and even if you get a text telling you your prescription is ready they’ll often tell you it’s going to be another 45 minutes once you arrive to pick it up. It’s just such a waste of time for no reason. The staff is generally nice about it, but nice only goes so far!
