This pharmacy always moves extremely slow. You get quoted certain time limits for prescription usually 30 minutes to and hour but it usually take 2 to 4 hours instead my child's doctor sent a prescription at 9 something in the morning here we are 2 pm and still not ready. 5 hrs later not done Ridiculous.

HEB requires a prescription to purchase a nebulizer machine. Why on earth would anyone add an additional barrier to healthcare access in this country. Switching pharmacies on this point alone.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years to get the exact same 3 medications that I take daily, and they literally cannot get it right EVER. Most recently, I'm supposed to be picking up 90-day supplies for all three of these medications. This pharmacy gave me a 90-day supply for one of them, and a 30-day supply for the other two. But they charged me the 90-day price for the 30-day supply. I just called them to give them an opportunity to make that right with me, and they talked to me like I'm stupid. Mainly, they told me that I'm paying the price I'm supposed to be paying, $105 for $35 worth of pills. Naturally I disagree.

Right. I had a prescription sent there. First lady hung up on me when I was trying to find the actual name for the medicine to get a better discount because $60 is a lot, but cuz I'm sick and a bit discombobulated I couldn't really formulate what I was tryina say. I called back in tears cuz I'm frustrated, and the next lady cut me off so I cussed at her and hung up. My bad on that part. Never my intention to be hateful or rude, but I do not have the time to have some jerk be like that. I wasn't disrespectful initially. At all. I would understand if I was, but god damn.

Idk who was taking the phone calls here at the pharmacy at 4pm 1/10/24 but they have no business doing this job because I had to clearly verify 3 times over the phone if they could refill my prescription here. The tech just kept repeating she would cancel it at the other H-E-B location, and I understand they need to do that in order to fill my prescription here, I’m very aware because I’ve had to have other locations do my prescription but I’ve never heard a tech just say okay I’ll cancel it. They usually say okay ill call the other HEB and I’ll have that ready for you here at X time. But thats all she kept repeating , I’ll cancel it, when I needed it filed out HERE afterwards. I’ve been an HEB partner for almost 8 years and haven’t come across a tech this horrible. The tech would just repeat saying okay I’ll cancel it but then I would repeat after her okay but then you’re going to have it refilled here right? Then after the third time I asked her okay but after you cancel it at the previous location you’re going to refill it at your location right? She said yes. So I come in the hour they said it would be ready and it wasn’t and I had to wait for another hour. PLEASE, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR TECHS HERE BETTER.

The most reliable pharmacy that always seems to have everything in stock and will fill within an hour or so of prescriptions being called in, with insanely nice and helpful staff. After having tons of issues getting prescriptions filled at Costco pharmacy (never having things in stock), I am beyond delighted about my experience with HEB.

HEB pharmacy on Riverside is the quickest pharmacy I have ever had. Not only are they quick at filling meds, all of their employees are super sweet. I have been getting my meds there for 6 months now, and I am super grateful for their help. Couldn’t be more happy with a pharmacy.

Has the worst staff ever...they are rude got the customer doing their job...how the heck do I know what a billing code is, and they can't even say good bye have a nice day they just hang up. This location only because heb congress location they are sweet as ever.

Went here to pick up my wife's prescriptions today(they where closed Saturday and Sunday was Easter) bouth prescriptions had been sent to them last Thursday. Well apparently they didn't have either stocked and seemed to be confused about why I was here at all. Her solution is to for me to call around HEB pharmacists to find out who had them then asked them to transfer the prescription from this HEB to the one who had it in stock and for the second prescription she even said I should also check CVS and Walgreens. By the way one of the known side effects for one of those prescription is Death if the medication is cut off all of a sudden(she ran out of that one on Saturday) and I made sure that she was aware of that fact. Last thing I asked her was "So basically what you are telling me is that I should randomly call locations until I find a place that has them?" And her reply was "For the first one yes, for the second one also yes". At that moment I decided that the best option was for me to quickly leave rather than make a Thanos level scene and possibly get arrested. Now I am not a pharmacist I didn't go to college for it or anything but there's this crazy idea I have that if I was on the other side of the counter I would have contacted the locations that showed the meds in their stock and either asked them to transfer the meds here or transfer the prescriptions to them instead. I am livid and I'll be filling a complaint real soon. Oh yeah and the med with the death if you stopped taking it side effect, well HEB had sent us a confirmation on Friday (after the pharmacy closed of course) that they had it on stock so either they are incompetent or lying or the one I talked to is or the answer is all of the above. Thanks HEB I am verry impressed in the worst possible way.P.S. If I could give a no star or negative star rating I would.P.P.S. So I called another HEB Pharmacy and they check the system... Apparently they don't have any at that location however there's a location that has bout 100 in stock. The Riverside location and now I am beyond livid, at this point livid looks like a all expense paid trip to Disney World.
