I recently took my eight-year-old doodle to Groomingdales of Austin, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! Tracy, the new owner and groomer, is a true professional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about doodle grooming and took the time to listen to my specific requests. My doodle usually gets anxious during grooming sessions, but Tracy's calm and gentle demeanor put him right at ease. The haircut itself is the best my dog has ever had in his eight years of life. Tracy was meticulous and detail-oriented, and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I'm so happy I found Groomingdales of Austin, and I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and experienced groomer for their furry friend

Absolutely thrilled with the grooming services provided by Groomingdales of Austin! My aussie looks and smells amazing after every visit and she was looking pretty rough before hand. The staff is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. The attention to detail is impressive, and I always feel confident leaving my dog in their care. Her dedication to her craft and her patience with our rescue dog, Ollie, have truly been life-changing for us.Ollie came into our lives as a mess of fur and anxiety. He had a troubled past, and grooming him was a nightmare. Previous attempts with other groomers always ended with Ollie in distress or even attempting to bite. But then, along came Tracy. With her gentle touch and understanding demeanor, she worked wonders with Ollie. It's remarkable to see the transformation in him. Now, he not only tolerates grooming but eagerly looks forward to his sessions with Tracy. He even hops up on the grooming table with a wagging tail, ready for his spa day!Tracy's skill as a groomer is unmatched. Not only does she leave Ollie looking his absolute best, but she also does it with such care and attention to detail. She has a true gift for understanding each pet's individual needs and tailoring her approach accordingly.The fact that we have to drive 45 minutes to see Tracy is a testament to how highly we value her services. Excellent service, even though the hairdresser I had did not speak Spanish, through Google translate, we were able to have very good communication and it is exactly what we asked for in our doodle.Tracy is very dedicated and attentive. Definitely a high quality 10 star service ??

Tracy has been grooming our Gracie for a couple years and I can't say enough about how much we appreciate her and our Gracie loves her! we live in Georgetown and yes we drive 35 minutes one way to have Tracy groom her.If you want a groomer that goes above and beyond with your fur babies then try Tracy.I promise you will never have another groomer!

My little Luca can be pretty temperamental while grooming. (He has ptsd from when a past groomer a few years back cut his quick.) Since moving to SW Austin from Georgetown I have been on the hunt for a great groomer. Well, I have found my gal. Tracy. Done. I look no further. She just had a way with him and no muzzle required. In fact, she wouldn't even put one on when I warned her she may want to because I did not want her to get bit. Brave lady.... He was so beautiful and happy when he was all finished. Loved his cute bandana she picked out too. Thank you so much and we will be back. Consider us regulars!!

The people at groomingdales always do a great job. My dog is older and they give him plenty of breaks when he needs them. They clearly care for all dogs!
