I shaved my hair here, the employees are polite, the interior is clean and more affordable than other places, the price-performance ratio is good but don't expect wonders, having a mobile application is also a plus.

I don't understand why the hair I wanted was called impossible. Looked like a normal haircut to me. Is it that hard to get a barber to give a bald fade? Then the lady said the hair on top of my head was too short to do that. Uh, no. It wasn't short, it was just laying flat. Didn't look that carefully before that statement. I don't look too bad, but I don't look like what I asked for. I give a second star (I'm being too generous) for a clean location and a polite barber but no way I'd give a above average score because the hair on top of my head is at different lengths! If I want to stick it up, it looks awful. Laying down is fine... also if I didn't have a coupon, they charge WAY too much (especially for the quality). It would be nice just once to go a barber and they give me what I ask for, but it won't happen...
After a couple days, I'm becoming less happy because it clearly isn't right. The fact the top of my head was barely touched keeps looking more like a mess.
I'm changing this to a 1 star. A 2 star experience but then after being told to complain to customer service, being told the owner would reach out and that didn't happen. I complained about that, and they said the owner was informed and still no response! My hair didn't come out right and it's growing out wrong, just... avoid great clips. They all fail.

It was the worst haircut experience ever. The barber was ready to listen to what style I want. The staff was very rude. Will not visit this location again ever.

I requested a low fade with 1/4 an inch off the top.. I ended up with a high fade and not even an inch left on top. I knew I was probably in trouble when she wouldn't cut it with me facing the mirror. When I tried looking at the progress of the cut about half way she sprayed me in the face with water.. I brought these problems up at the end of the cut and she told it that it looks better this way.. the blend isn't even on both sides.. this isn't what i asked for.. not even close

My first cut at this shop was so fast the guy next to me was in his chair before I walked in the door, and was still there when I was "done". Could have been better.

Went in on a slow weekday; the younger stylist working that day called me up for my trim. I wasn't happy with the results. Not only did she cut off ~5 inches in length, despite my request for a trim, but the haircut was so uneven and choppy that I had to go elsewhere and request a haircut again within the week.

Still bait and switch; Got response from owner who didn’t identify him/her self. I already contacted customer service via email and was told they basically it’s up to the owner as it’s franchised.
Bait and switch. The FB page for Great Clips is a scam. The people at this location were completely unhelpful. They choose to be horrible and dishonest with their coupon.
