The jewelry is stunning but the customer service was even better. Give my girl Anna a raise! 10000/10 customer service!! I came in last weekend because I needed help figuring out how to open the clasp on a bracelet I had just bought. Not only did Anna let me exchange my bracelet for a new one (same style but with an easier clasp) but she was so patient and showed me how to open and close the clasp and let me practice it before I left the store!! Now that is going above and beyond in my books. Thank you Anna, I perfected it and wore it all week!!

Had an excellent experience here. Jack assisted my girlfriend with finding the perfect jewelry. He was so polite and attentive, and when faced with indecision he really gave good feedback that helped settle the choice. Definitely recommend this place.

The two young women that help me last Saturday morning at your South Congress location were very friendly and personable! Gorjana stands by their warranty policy which is rare for any company and that is why they are my favorite place to shop.

Staff is very kind and helpful, good customer service, but their jewelry quality has greatly decreased. I purchased two items, the mini stackable ring set for $65 and the Lexi bracelet for $55 and both have lost gems after only ONE week of light wear. They advertise as being high quality, so just know the reality of anything with gems…I’m disappointed and can’t recommend.

Staff was very nice, but I bought a gold necklace to put a ring on that my deceased grandmother gave me as a child. The necklace broke after less than 5 uses and I lost the irreplaceable ring. Cheap quality do not recommend unfortunately

My friend and I visited the store this evening to look around when one of the employees started following us. She was literally glued to us the entire time and as we were trying to walk out she decided to aggressively start stomping behind us until we got to the door. She held the door for us and rudely said "have a good night" and then we asked if they were closing and she replied with a stern yes. We didn't realize the store closed at 7pm (it was 6:55pm when we were heading out) a simple "hey girls the store is closing soon can I help you with anything" would have been sufficient for us to get the picture but she proceeded to be rude and make us feel extremely uncomfortable while we were in the store. We were only there for five minutes. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here and hope this girl fixes her attitude.

Just went into Gorjana on Congress and was not greeted at all or even asked if I needed help with anything. I was interested in buying an engraved ring but due to the poor customer service I'd rather buy elsewhere. It doesn't kill you to be nice and greet customers. Be better.

The service here is amazing. Great staff. I had an exchange and I waited 3 months until I could go back in person. (I was also given a mail exchange option). Very happy. Not all products are perfect and some items are very delicate. With a warranty and service like this I can still buy with confidence.

I've seen the gorjana jewelry ads on IG and browsed some of the pieces at Nor**. Today was the first time walking into a brick & mortar. We were welcomed and felt comfortable browsing. No pressure by staff. Purchased the Ana Coin Huggies and I'm very happy with my purchase (included a pic).

Do NOT spend money here. I have spent so much money here and ALL of my stuff has broken and been lost (charms, bracelets, etc) due to them breaking and not being secure and falling off. I am extremely disappointed and wish I could go back and not ever spend my money there.

My best friend and I decided to treat ourselves on our recent trip to Austin and get matching gold plated initial bracelets! The team here was really sweet and helpful during our purchase. We instantly loved these cute bracelets and they fit very well, as well! So so cute, and definitely recommend getting one to match with your bestie!
