Very frustrated to say the least! My daughter is having issues with her car not starting. She scheduled an appointment for this past Friday. I called them after she scheduled it and asked them if they took Acima, they replied with yes. I informed them also that she’s brought her car to several mechanics and they’ve never been able to figure it out. The assured me that they wood. Well Friday morning she brought it in. They did a diagnostic which didn’t show anything. They did let her know she would need a new battery. That’s the one and only call they made to her. Sher, herself had to make several calls to them asking about an update. They would always tell her they’d call her back, which they never did. They informed her Saturday they don’t know why her car won’t start so she called this morning which is Father’s Day! She called them again and they said her car is ready. She arrived at 1:45pm. When she told them we were paying with Acima the employee got very upset saying out loud to her “it would’ve been nice if they were told that up front, which they absolutely were from her her and myself. He then said he hates when he has to do other peoples job!! He took approx 45 minutes to change payment to Acima? Dont understand why that was. My daughter was very upset as she has plans for Father’s Day and didn’t know what was taking so long so she called me.
The text from Acima was sent to me. So I could complete the transaction, I clicked on it but for some reason it kept freezing on me to where I couldn’t complete it. I decided to just use a credit card so she could get her vehicle and leave. That took 10 MINUTES!!! I explained to him she needed to get her vehicle and leave asap. That did not matter. Eventually it was proccessed to where she got her car and left.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not complete what they say they will do! They do not keep you updated and take forever to get your car out of there.
What a horrible and stressful experience we had here!

Friendly and no-nonsense staff, excellent mechanics on the back end. They let you know exactly what's up with your car and will even find coupons for you. They're just that great

Came here with my partner to get her tire patched. Simple enough, right? After an hour, one of the techs came back with a laundry list of services needed, all unrelated to the tire we came in for. It's clear they were trying to get more money from the simple tire repair because they told her that her oil levels were "really low" even though she got an oil change a month ago. (We checked for ourselves once we left and the car's oil life is at 80%)
We arrived at 10 AM and didn't leave until 12 PM, after being told that it'd take them 25 minutes to start on her car. We waited two full hours for them to patch a tire...I'm sure if we'd gone elsewhere it would've taken 30 minutes at best. These dudes are scam artists that love to dillydally on the clock. Save yourself the frustration and try a mom & pop shop.

These people can charge you over $300 to tell you a repeat check engine light is just a loose gas cap. Lazy shop that is great for oil changes some days.

I went there for the fuel system cleaning service for my Honda Accord. I had fixed up the appointment; however, they still made me wait for more than two hours. I was the last person leaving their shop on Saturday. The staff wasn't cordial at all. I wasn't impressed by their service.

Unfortunately a completely inept shop. Was here in March and spent over $1k replacing all 4 tires. Shortly thereafter one of the sensors died/stopped being able to be read by the computer, which is weird timing but fine. I bring the car in to replace the one sensor, which they did (took 2 hours), but when I left the car gave me a new error that the "tire pressure monitor was inoperative." Came back and the lady started gaslighting me and treating me like an idiot trying to convince me that all 3 good sensors (plus the new one they just replaced apparently) died at the exact same instant vs accepting the possibility that the tire pressure monitor was inoperative like the car said. Just own your mistake! You obviously did something to mess up the functionality of the computer / monitor. If you owned it instead of patronizing me we could move forward more quickly and efficiently. Moreover, people don't know how to use the computers, there is no sense of urgency / prioritization, and I doubt they even rotated the tires like I asked for. Their alignment machine is also broken. Horrible experience overall and about 4 hours of my Saturday all in.

Great customer service and auto service. Brandon took care of us and our vehicle same day. We would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by, but this Goodyear location definitely earned our trust. Thank you.

Grossly overcharged above market price for standard services (oil change and cabin air filter change) and manager took over a month to get back to me despite me calling in every week. After finally getting them to admit their disservice, I was willing to look over everything but they are forcing me to come in-person to get a refund even though I won’t be able to for a few months. Are we not living in 2023? Can we not conduct simple transactions? Poor service all the way from the sales floor to management.Bottom line, would definitely not recommend this store. I would hate for my mother to visit the store, and I worry about the elderly who naively accept their charges. Find somewhere else.

I am writing this in the lobby while I have been waiting to get my 2 front tires changed. They did tell me it would be "over an hour" I was ready for that wait and I said I would wait, it has now been 4 hours, my bad perhaps? I asked how much longer it would take and she said " a few more minutes" that was an hour ago. I don't know what to do/say other than let everyone know to avoid this place if you value your own time.

Took my car in for just an oil change and left with a battery that no longer worked. Battery and alternator were replaced 2 years earlier and never had an issue since. Goodyear claimed the battery needed to be replaced but could offer no explanation to why a relatively new battery would suddenly stop working. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off and pay for problems created by the mechanics.
