Rarely write reviews but I had a jarring encounter at the drop off this morning. I spent the weekend "spring cleaning" and was excited to donate bags upon bags of clothing and items to my local Goodwill, and then head inside and peruse because this location gets such good reviews. It was my first time here and I drove toward the back to drop off, and was greeted by a man running out angrily shouting and gesturing wildly at me. He was incredibly rude and angry that I'd driven to the back (again- little signage and my first time here). Maybe he was just having a bad Monday morning but... yeeesh. There's absolutely no reason to be that aggressive to a stranger. I turned around and will just go find another location later today.

One of the smaller stores, but a decent selection and good quality. Prices are on par with the rest of the Goodwill stores in the Austin area. Very friendly staff.

I call it my comfort zone ?? I have been going to all Goodwills since I was as far as I can remember…because I went with my Mother…I love to see all their stuff. So, bottom line “I love it” and now my daughter enjoys it too!

A great variety of items! I always love coming to goodwill. This one was definitely a little smaller and a little bit pricier than I feel like most goodwills are, but overall well-cleaned and helpful staff.

If they do have air conditioning here, then it's hanging on for dear life! Granted, it's August. It's a smaller goodwill and it seemed like it had decent selection, but I was too hot to stay in there for long.

As far as these stores go it was clean, fairly orderly and it wasn't too crowded. Found some nice golf shirts that were in great shape. $85 shirts for 11.49. Not bad finds. All clean, well taken care of shirts. They seem to do a good job of getting rid of the junk and keeping better quality garments.

Favorite Goodwill to shop at by far! There's always super good selection here, and the staff is so incredibly nice. I always tell my friends about my "secret" Goodwill that always has good things, haha.

I've bought a coffee pot that didn't work, a food grade scale that didn't work, speakers that didn't work.. they don't check items before they sell them.

It always smells like pee here, and half the time things don't have tags on them. Today I went to buy something without a tag, and they didn't have someone to price it so they just took it away and couldn't sell it. Pretty terrible system!

This is by far the best goodwill to shop at in Austin I have found this far. Great staff, always friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean and they have great items. Whoever is the merchandiser has great taste.

It smells like poop in here. Like a busted sewage line and a dead rat. Seriously I'm not sure what's wrong.

I thrift a lot and this is by far my favorite Goodwill to go to. It's smaller, but I find they tend to have MUCH better selection in their items compared to other thrift stores, especially in clothing. Even compared to much larger Goodwills with way more items to select from (like the one on North Lamar), I just tend to land much better finds here. The employees are also all extremely friendly and helpful. The place is always organized and well-kept. I've never had a wait for their dressing rooms. The small parking lot and turning out onto airport is literally the only downside, but it's not really a big deal. Also, since it's a smaller Goodwill, they obviously have less in the way of large furniture, but that's more of a note to customers than a complaint.
