Found a new item that was unpriced and wanted to see if I could buy it. They had the employee price it and they just gave it to somebody else after I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it out.

It’s a very small store, but the staff is super friendly and they always have designer jeans for Better prices than the large Goodwill’s with junkie stuff! It’s clean there’s plenty of workers and zero junk

I am shocked that people are coming here to write that this place is overpriced...are we not shopping at the same store? It's a Goodwill Boutique, located in an area that has people with higher incomes. Therefore when you're coming to a boutique goodwill that's located in such an area, you probably should have the right set of expectations. What you score depends on a lot of factors. I think it's reasonable for clothes to have small tears/holes. It's been used, not refurbished. I came here searching for blouses which they had a good selection of. I walked out with a UT Longhorn mug, some barely used tee ball gloves for my little ones. A kids nike sweater, some Under Armour shirts, and a few Longhorn t-shirts for the family. I even scored some gently used soccer cleats for $7. All of these items would have been significantly more expensive from the retailer. I do agree that the lot is tiny, but I had someone drop me off while I shopped.

The worst part about this particular goodwill is the fact that parking is a nightmare. There is literally less than 8 spots available with nowhere else to go. This is also literally the smallest goodwill I have ever seen which encompasses about 1000 ft.². About 80% of the store is given over to clothing with little to nothing in the way of electronics. I found the pricing here to be a little more than your average goodwill, but that may be due to the fact there are higher quality items donated here. It's worth stopping in for a look, assuming you can find a parking spot.

I come often to this store, and the majority of the employees know me. Today I had an unfortunate experience with an employee who I have never seen. I don’t want to say he was being racist, but he had a very bad attitude and I know he’s new because I come often to this goodwill. Since they have good things and prices. Since I walked into the store, I could feel his attitude towards me. I was the only Hispanic in the store, I hope Christina the manager sees this.

Small goodwill/ boutique store. A random homeless lady came in during our time there and was coughing up a storm, then she left. It’s a small store so we felt uncomfortable. But this goodwill has some unique items.

I saw a giraffe outside and I said out loud I wanted it, when I left to help my friend take her baby out of the car and when I came back the giraffe was behind the register. I feel like that was racially motivated given that me and my friends are Mexican Americans. I was planning on buying it not stealing it.

One never knows what will be found at GW Boutique in West Bank. Look for items outside along the sidewalk as well as in the store.

I've recently started a new job and needed some new clothes. The staff here were so lovely and I walked out with at least 5 new outfits. In my mind I was prepared to pay over $200, yet imagine my shock when she said $166. That's right, tons of stuff is on sale. I'm gonna keep returning so I can build a great wardrobe at 1/3 of the cost. Good job ladies, I love your location.
