This was the first time in a Goodwill store so I didn't know what to expect. Many choices of clothes and good prices: I found a pair of Dickies 874 in mint condition for about 9 dollars. In general it seemed to me that you can find some good items if you have time to spend browsing, and it's way more convenient than many "fake" thrift store...
Try the item was a bit frustrating since just one (of three) fit room was open and the cue was pretty long. The man at the desk was very nice and professional.
I'll surely go to see the others, this was nice.

Nice sized goodwill. However, the space can use some better utilization. Lots of stuff today. However, most clothes were stained badly. Prices are fair upon other locations. Elevator to bring you up from the parking lot located underneath the store.

Way, way, way overpriced compared to other Goodwills. I am not interested in the automated response regarding how this goes toward paying for special programs. That is an excuse, not a reason.
Clothes were nice, store was clean. Nice items but certainly not designer.
It was very difficult sorting through the racks. All sizes were jumbled up together and not where they were supposed to be. Frankly I was disappointed that it was such a hot mess.

Good location good stuff good deals firts time here my wife and I visiting this location we got a good deal for the price for sure we come back

Staff is friendly, I usually visit this store, but today, manager was in a bad mood. She changed the price tag of a product, at the register. Maybe I shouldn’t have asked if the price was ok. Just wanted to be fair. Im spending my money somewhere else.

Great stuff but the large woman who “runs” the dressing room seems to not actually be working. She sits in a chair and yells at customers they are taking too long in the dressing room, meanwhile, there is one cashier with a huge line. She huffs and puffs and moans about working too hard, which is mind boggling since all she does is sit in her chair (she made it expressly known it was very much “her” chair) and make customers uncomfortable. All the other employees are great, hard-working, and have good customer service skills. It’s hit or miss with the clothes. It’s just very off-putting that this woman complains about how hard she works in front of customers all the while sitting in her chair while everyone seems to actually be working very hard. She needs a reality check about what hard work means. I wonder how someone got so lucky to get paid to sit in a chair all day and complain all the while.

This has become the worst goodwill in Austin. Before the new location, this was the best goodwill in town, judging by the high end clothes, housewares etc. Staff says they now send the clothing out for pricing then redistribution to other stores. Many other “regulars “ feel this way too. What a shame! This store is no longer in my weekly rotation.

Store was clean. I travel the country and Goodwills are my hobby. This place is very small and disappointing. The prices were extremely high considering everything is a donation. There is no excuse for that.

So I’m on vacation in Austin, TX with Hubby and I see a Goodwill so you know I had to stop! Look at this sharper image foot massager, then google this as far as the retail price. Talk about a steal, it still has a plastic on the buttons! We’ve been using it every day, since we picked it up!

I had somewhat high expectations based on the location but this store is very small, is extremely overpriced given the items are donations and have very limited clothing options.
