Very responsive staff, good follow-through. Especially positive is being able to work with the same individual and reach them by phone or Email from the beginning to the end of the process - extremely unusual in 2021.Only downside, which is not directly under Goodman’s control: the underwriters took forever, period. Mine was a completely straightforward application with no health issues, and only one minor hiccup in my responses. It took 5 plus months to work out the details, most of which was time spent prior to my physical.
