These guys are great! They're always friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed. I often find myself having to ship with multiple carriers and I love that they are a 'one stop shop'. I'll even drive past the UPS store in Belterra to drop off at Goin' Postal.

Goin' Postal is hands down the best postal service in greater Austin area, and I say that having lived here for a decade now. I discovered them after I was turned away by UPS and FedEx for shipping my artwork for my small business (large art that required packaging before it could ship).Goin' Postal accepted my business with a smile and has been a great partner ever since. They handle both packaging as well as shipping and do so with great care. Will continue to use Goin' Postal for all of my shipping needs in the future, and highly encourage you to do the same! Don't go to UPS or FedEx, support a small business that offers great value, great quality, and friendly service.

Asked the man behind the counter if I could drop off 2 large exhaust systems, was told it would be fine. After I had hauled the first and second packages into the store he changed his mind. Claiming the two brand new ***Uninstalled*** exhausts smelled of fumes and he wouldn’t be able to hold them for me.I understand changing your mind about not wanting large packages taking up room in the store but don’t 1. Tell me it’s okay then change your mind AFTER I’ve hauled in BOTH packages. 2. Don’t lie to me about a package smelling when it’s brand new stainless steel that does not give off an aroma.Really disappointed in the service today as I’ve always recommended people going to this place. I give him a small amount of credit for reluctantly assisting me with loading the packages back into my car. I will have to think twice about bringing large packages to him in the future.

Very conveniently located, easy parking and multiple carriers. USPS, Fed Ex & UPS these guys handle it all. Personally weighed, wrapped/packaged and shipped by the person who helped you. Very dependable. They email you a tracking notification the minute it's shipped. Highly recommend.
