This is my second visit to the Genesis of Austin. I like how they always get me in during my time of need. The staff was very friendly, even to customers that didn’t treat them nicely. They remain professional at all times and that is important in customer service. I appreciate Genesis of Austin!

From sales to services, this place needs to be improved. Sales team needed to be trained on vehicle features and capabilities. After buying a Genesis from a 3rd party, this dealership cannot help me out with vehicle recalls. I have found an alternate dealership for to service my new Genesis.

The service department will attempt to bill you for services in spite of you having complementary maintenance through Genesis. Don't go anywhere near this dealer group. Consider yourself warned.
