I’m all for prioritizing safety, especially in 2024. However, if a car service requires masks, it should be clearly advertised online, or the shop should offer masks to customers who arrive without one.
I was refused service and had to leave.

I had the kindest phone call!! They didn’t make me feel silly and I spoke with someone who troubleshot with me on the phone and I was able to resolve the issue. I won’t forget this place!!!
