Awful experience, pompous little 18 year ally took over 20+ minutes just to check me out and on top of that out the wrong game in my box, so he ripped me off. Worst GameStop experience in Austin ever.

Pre-ordered assassins creed mirage after receiving a call that the game was able to be picked up at 9am I went to the store to confirm the day before and a young lady told me that yes it would be available at 9am. Today I go to the store and talk to the employee there Brandon and he’s not willing to release the game basically because his coworker passed down false information. Tried to call manager but no answer. He went on telling me that we have to come back at 3pm to get the receipt and will have to return at 9pm to receive the copy. This is a huge inconvenience and it’s not the first time I have issues with this location or Brandon

If I could’ve gave a zero star, I would do it after ordering something online and the package came to my house damaged. I tried to return it at this location at exactly 5:58 PM the hand written sign on the door says they close at six the lady would not even let me in the store and rather rude about it as well. Whatever happened to customer service is it completely out the window whatever happened to the customers are always right. All I wanted to do was exchange my product for another one and it would not even help me know I’m thinking about just returning it and buying it somewhere else I do not recommend the store just for the simple fact of the way they treat other people horrible experience and I’m a member this is the way I get treated as a member lol what a joke.

Won't answer the phone while taking a longer break the sign said. Customers are standing outside, and they just look at us. Horrible place to shop

My favorite GameStop I’ve been too. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Super helpful. Midnight releases go the smoothest I’ve ever seen and they always have everything I need in stock. Definitely recommend

GameStop robbed me.I made an order with GameStop threw the online service for,"Resident Evil 4 remake". That was April 24 that the game was released, GameStop charged me for the purchase, today is march 13 and I still haven't received my order or a refund, after multiple attempts and no small amount of patients I have been givin a confirmation from GameStop they refuse to refund my money or replace the product ordered. Claiming that the carrier they chose is the party responsible(FedEx), FedEx is claiming without any proof that the product was delivered. I work from home, specifically from my garage in front of my home. I was home the entire day of April 24 and did not receive any packages from fedex, going threw the red tape set forth by the carrier and shipper both whom do not any responsibility for the terrible customer service that I have received have left me without my money or product. Literally robbed from both acting parties. I'm telling anyone whom will listen, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMESTOP, THEY ARE THIEVES. They have stolen my money and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. The manager of the customer services, David, employee number C114538 personally informed me of his inability to perform any corrections of this matter. GameStop has stolen my money without any explanation or acknowledgments towards wrong doing, they purposely ignored my request to get a refund and are dragging their feet when given every opportunity to make this right. GameStop and FedEx are thieves do not by from GameStop do not use FedEx. You will be robbed of your money and will not receive any compensation. You have been warned. Both parties refuse to give any evidence towards their actions and they will put the blame on you. Both GameStop and FedEx have given the indications that the fault is of my own negligence, somehow I should have Done more to protect myself from their actions? Complete disregard for customer service. Do not buy from GAMESTOP I can not stress this fact enough, I will never be a customer of theirs again. Never. This is after years of being a loyal customer.

Dope Location. Everybody was super Helpful and one Employee in particular is Like a Tech of Some big gaming company of some sort.. But I purchased a New console & he broke down a lot of quality info with me and got me out the door with some Nice Titles.. Happy to have been a customer and signed up for account.. I'll definitely be Spending some time here. Lol. ? ????
