My wife and I have been coming here for many years , Brenda has always taking great care of us . She's very professional and thorough and always makes sure that we get the most refund and like hr or Jackson where I think that they do the opposite . I used this place the last 2 years and never again.the first year they told me I didn't need one of my w2's because the previous year I only worked at my job for the month of January that year because I moved to Texas. I got a great refund back until last year my taxes took along time I thought because of the virus, but no it was because the w2 they said I didn't need I actually needed so they was auditing me. I ended up getting my refund back way later than expected with a little over 1100 taken out. Then I ended up getting my tax refund. A few months later I got a bill in the mail about a past due balance with interest a little over 1200. I called the irs and they said there was an issue with mt w2's that from one of my jobs they tax office put in to much. I called the tax office and complained and they said to email them in the letter and I did and never heard anything back. DO NOT use this company. They will scam you. I am in the process of reporting them to the irs.

Very bad experience my friend went there and when they were doing the tax return they asked if she had insurance so she said that she did but they never asked for the papers for it so the tax return came back a couple weeks later the IRS said that they needed the papers and this service forced her to pay even though it was completely the employee's fault for not asking for the papers and when we went to complain about it all the owner said was the employee that did her tax return had not worked there anymore and forced her to pay.I wasn't going to put a review on yelp for this but on Facebook her friend tried to defend her and started to use vulgar language and talk down on people for working at nail salons.

You want to go home with a peace of mind, make sure someone knowledgeable does your taxes. I've only been coming here for the past 3yrs thanks to a recommendation and I cant say enough its the best place to trust them with your money.

Very Professional and does everything to make it right. Last time I missed one donation and Hong Le immediately corrected my return and resend files. They took care of resolving an issue with my previous year return also.

I have been using Full Tax Services for all of my tax needs for the past few years. I have been very happy with their service and how quick they answer questions. The staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. The fees are very reasonable for the services they offer. It's a full package service for individual or small business (payroll, sale taxes, book-keeping, etc...)

They helped me solve a back taxes issue from 2013. Due to moving and few other things I wasn't made aware of my tax problem until 2017. Anyway, I came here after failing to solve my tax situation on my own. Even though I had followed IRS instructions specifically. But anyway, I came to Full Tax Service and they were able to fix my situation in just a few hours and got me all sorted out. They charged a fair price and I recommend anyone to use their services to get through our very arcane tax system.

Mrs.Brenda has been doing our taxes for 11 years.What i love about her is they are very professional.Full Tax Service's on yager lane Austin tx is the place to trust.I send everyone I know to her and her business.I said good bye to all them other's claiming they get all your money back.Big difference with full tax service's.Everyone I send are a forever customer.They too have been grateful To them.I wished i would of meet her sooner.You won't be disappointed.
