Terrible insurance company. It takes them forever to pay out any claim and forever to contact you back.Took them half a year to pay my shop after completing work for them.No body shop will accept them.

Wow, this just keeps getting better and better! I already posted our story on here about being in an (rear-ended) accident with a Fred Loya insured. It happened in May. 2 months later, we get a check for half the amount of damage. Oh, that's normal, says the adjuster. The shop will just put in a supplemental. Well, the auto shop sends in a supplemental, and Fred Loya wants to total my daughter's vehicle?? Totaled for a crumpled back bumper, slight damage to tailgate and right rear qtr panel! What??? I'm fighting y'all. This is crazy. Please help! My daughter can't have her vehicle stolen from her by this company! Yes, stolen! This is highway robbery! You break it you fix it! No, I'm not accepting a salvage title! Fred Loya, you step up now!

I really had to block them by calling the bank, they just wouldn't cancel my policy! When calling them to cancel my policy they were handling me like a fool! They said you need to write on a blank page a letter and put your DL on the paper and send them a picture! But if you call to request a new policy they don't need any of that s****

Worst insurance company I've dealt with in all my driving career. They're client is at fault for failure to yield which he's gotten a citation and.police report to prove it. Granted my car is old. The settlement was $450 in which it's worth on low end anywhere between $1400-$2000. Then also have been without a work vehicle since June 8, 2023 the day of accident. They deducted various things adding up to over $800 and then also deducted another $170 for towing fees that supposedly they don't cover. What was I supposed to do? Leave my car immobilized in the middle of the road and wait for Fred Loya to come tow it? You're client put me out of a work car...I didn't ask for myself to be in this situation and be put into a financial crisis. I get told that within 10 days if I don't accept the offer that they will submit claim and settle it without my agreement for due to lack of cooperation. I totally feel like I'm being bullied by this company. Heartless in my opinion in regards to what I'm having to stress over how am I supposed to purchase a car for $450 and how much help my coworker will put up with helping me out with rides to and from work along with picking up my kiddos from babysitter. They claims adjuster just didn't really care.

If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. I was hit by theirI insured. He and I both spoke with the adjuster Jessica Porras. She was rude to both of us. She was told by your insured (Hector Morales Jr) and myself (Kioshyi Moses) that it was his fault. The claim number is 78-000316121. The insured and myself work together and he was texting while driving. He was not on his side of the main drive in the parking lot and I was already backed all the way out. He did not see me and hit the back driver side bumper and knocked my entire bum]per off. The adjuster is saying that the damage should've been on the side and not on the back. This is not true. If your insured was on the wrong side of the main drive, then, her very well would've hit me exactly where he hit me. If he was on his side of the drive (the correct side) then he would've hit my doors. To deny my claim when both parties are literally giving the same information is confusing at best. Your adjustor has taken issue with me since our first phone call. She has also been repeatedly rude to Hector and myself. She was just rude on the phone call that we just had with her. Hector has tried to call her 5 times after our initial call (because he was told to call from his phone) and she refuses to answer.Jessica Porras is the worst adjuster with the worst attitude ever. I have left messages for her supervisor David and no response either.

Trash scam company. Legit trash, including the people they insure. Had a guy rear end me, had video and photo evidence and pictures of his ID and insurance card and they still wouldn't pay out the claim. I called at least 10 times and spoke to Adrian Bueno and then the second adjuster Manuel Rangel said the insured had 40 days to make contact with them, even though he had already made contact and confirmed with Adrian that the accident indeed happened and that he was at fault. Oh! And the insured texted me offering to pay cash and I provided that proof as well. I waited the 40 days. Called to get an update and was told that they cancelled the claim due to no contact with me - when I requested a call back explanation they confirmed my phone number by reciting it back to me from their database. When I questioned how they had my phone number if they hadn't had contacted with me, the adjuster hung up. Sending my insurance company after these bitches. Middle finger to FRED LOYA, their trash staff and their shady, low end customers.

This is the worst insurance company I’ve ever encountered. After being rear-ended by one of their customers, I got an estimate from a body shop that was significantly higher than the estimate from Fred Loya. When I took my car in for the repair and a technician took it apart to inspect the damage, the estimator at the body shop requested a supplement to cover the difference between Fred Loya’s estimate and the body shop’s estimate. It took the estimator at Fred Loya a WEEK to get back to the estimator at the body shop while my car sat disassembled at the body shop. During that time, I had to make multiple calls to Fred Loya to get the name and contact information for their estimator so I could give it to the estimator at the body shop. In fact, when I first called Fred Loya about the delay, I was told that no one had done anything with the supplement request that had been submitted to them. After the supplement request was finally approved, parts had to be ordered, so I had the body shop put my car back together so I could drive it while waiting on the parts. When the parts arrived, I took my car back, and the repair was completed in a week. I had to rent a car, however, during the time my car was taken apart while waiting for the estimator at Fred Loya to approve the supplement and during the repair. Because Fred Loya dropped the ball and delayed approving the supplement, and because the repair took a week, I had to rent a car for a total of 22 days, which cost me almost $1,900.When I called to get reimbursed for the rental car, I was offered $90! I refused the offer and was given an email address to send my request for reimbursement to. Two weeks later, I have yet to hear from that department. Further, customer service at Fred Loya has not responded to multiple emails sent to them. They’ve gone into hiding! I’m out almost $1,900 because a customer insured by this company rear-ended me! The other driver was at fault, yet I’m the one with a dent in my wallet!
