Very reasonable rates, even after you end up in a fender bender, that definitely wasn't your fault because the other driver was an idiot.

As a autobody collision repair shop that deals with insurance, Fred Loya is by far, the worst insurance a client can have. Please find another insurance, not just for your car, but for your own health and to avoid a fraudulent company that takes your money and doesn't have your back.
This has been our own experience when servicing customers with Fred Loya insurance.

I'm sorry I never trash a business especially semi-local businesses. They aren't a small business by any means. They have dozens and dozens od locations across Austin just look at the map. My first statement is My fault and I take complete reposibility for it. I was given a handle down 2005 Checy SUV with around 200K miles on it. Though mechanically it's been well kept for. In my second month with Fred Loya liability only insurance I was paying $60 a month, unfortunately, the massive line of card getting on 183 built up fastwe thann I could react ans and tried slamming g my brakes just like everyone in front of me. Unfortunately my mind was on a personal matter and I rear ended the car in front of me. The damage was about minimum to medium ahe was going to only need a new rear bumper. My hoodoo barely looks any different than it did before the Wrexham. None the less I gave the nice lady my high quality insurance and we both went on our ways. I called Loya the next day basically asking me question that seemed like if I were to answer a certain way it would only go bad for me. No questions about the weather or construction nearby, just mostly if I was drunk or stoned or not. They requested some Pic of my minimal damage to my front end and I emailed them to her. That was it never received any updates on what's hoping on. Just received an updated monthly premium that jumped from $60 to $130. So I tried calling them this month because I misplaced my debit card they have on file and tried paying with a family memebwrs credit card on the phone since THEY HAVE NO APP and the lady shot me down quicker than I could get the words out of my mouth. The card must be in my name otherwise my only option is to drive over to one of the 96 locations in Austin and give them cash so that's what I'm gonna do. I'm sorry but as soon as a year with this place is over I'd rather pay up for convenience and a group of employees who genuinely want to help their client. You suck Fred Loya you're only getting g 2 stars because in shocked you actually covered my accident. You could have just as easily been a single star.

Horrible service this company charges HIGH deductibles and then rob you blind if your car is totaled out I WOULD NOT recommend this insurance!!!

Horrible customer service, literally spent ONE HOUR AMD SEVEN minutes on hold at the Tomball, Tx location!! No one checked on me or gave me an update on my situation! When I finally hung up and tried calling them again, they wouldn’t even pick up my call!! I just started a policy 10 days ago, paid them $339 and they can’t help me out with my situation because one of the vehicles on my policy is in the shop, for mechanical mind you, to bring it for PICTURES! Pictures they took 10 days ago!!

had a claim back in October was hit by one of their insured I filed a claim my adjuster was Pricilla Hernandez she did not call me back for 30 days to get my statement and said they could not get in contact with the guy that hit me but I texted him and he gave my insurance his statement accepting fault Fred loya is shady I pray no one has to deal with this scammy company ever . Do not settle for them as your insurance either. Would give zero stars if I could

Their client hit and totaled my car. I have had little to no response to get things settled and its been over 2 months. Between low offers for my car so I can buy a suitable replacement, a terrible rental car reimbursement program, and an abysmally low offer for the carseat that has to be replaced, I am extremely unhappy with their company. How can a company say they will replace a $300 car seat and then turn around and only offer $37.50 for it because its 2 years old?? The sear is advertised to grow with the child and keep them safe for 10 years (if its not in an accident). Had it not been for their driver, I would not have had to pay so much out of pocket and its around the holidays, to make matters worse. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had an accident for the first time and they did not respond as I expected ? they took a long time to respond and the adjusters are not friendly I do not recommend it

Fred Loya is trash. I've been with them for about 3 years, and my car insurance keeps going up.. I will be switching to another insurance company soon.. The people who works in y'all offices are nothing but some lying a** people.. All y'all do is lie!!!

I have been trying to settle a claim with Fred Loya Insurance company for over a month. Their insured received the citation, and it was extremely difficult to receive a rental car but they finally did for approx 10fays then cancelled the agreement. They sent the paperwork for settlement to my employee addressed him as the owner of the vehicle so I am not able to sign paperwork nor can I get anyone at the Fred Loya agency to return my calls. They are not ethical not even able to follow through and are a risk to anyone who pays a premium. You will find that you cannot leave messages when transferred because mail box is full, phone numbers not working, it’s sad and terrible
