have been on hold for an hour and they just hung up. Tried to call and no one answered anymore. Very bad customer service

Terrible insurance company. It takes them forever to pay out any claim and forever to contact you back.Took them half a year to pay my shop after completing work for them.No body shop will accept them.

The employee was fine but they had no power, the whole street out. But, AAA is cheaper than Fred Loya.
