My fiancé and I have been so pleased with Franzetti’s! We got my engagement ring there and ended up getting both of our wedding bands there as well. They have excellent customer service and know us by name now. They have re sized my engagement ring complimentary twice now and were able to customize my fiancé’s grandpa’s ring in to his wedding band. They’ve honestly been a highlight in the wedding planning process. They are honest and transparent, competitive on price and have a quick turnaround. They will be our permanent jewelers!

Took a ring in for resizing and it turned out absolutely amazing!! The ring is a family heirloom that had been resized a couple times causing some structural issues with the band and they brought it back to life! You can’t even tell it was resized now! They were so patient and knowledgeable walking me through all the options.

I recently purchased a pendant from Tony at Franzetti Jewelers online and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Tony was extremely helpful at all times through the process. He personally responded to every email within 24 hours and was always patient. If you are looking for jewelry for any reason I can't recommend them more highly. Franzetti Jewelers is the best.

We had such a wonderful experience here. I wasn’t expecting much because we were coming in to buy a relatively inexpensive (~$30-40) necklace/chain for my 11yo daughter. Tony took time to show us many options in our price range and treated us with the same care and attention as he might’ve someone buying an expensive engagement ring. It was a wonderful experience and we LOVE the necklace - it was exactly what we’re were looking for. Highly recommend this store (family owned - a plus!!). We are definitely coming back for gift ideas in the future! Thanks!

Franzetti jewelry has an amazing selection and the staff is wonderful to work with!!! I was looking for some sapphire earrings for my wife.I didn't see what I was looking for, but they helped me build a pair that ended up being one if my wife's favorite gifts. I've made them my go to jeweler and would highly recommend them!!! The whole experience was smooth and exciting.
