They did not help me at all, more like snubbed me even when the salesperson was right next to me didn't even say hello or smile. I needed to be zipped but nobody anywhere to be found. So I was holding the dress and was asked are you ready? (To buy) I said no, I would of bought the dress if someone would of helped me, but nobody did. There was a little laugh, no acknowledgement of any wrong and was told that's not where the dress goes! As if! I reminded her I'm not getting it bc nobody helped me. More little mocking laughs. Very immature and rude!

I purchased some things online on July 17th for in-store pick up. The delivery was made to the store on July 21st. On August 10th, I visited the boutique to pick up the purse but decided to return it. The Francesca return policy on their website says "All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged accompanied with original receipt and tags within 21 days of when you received your item(s). After 21 days returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 90 days." Despite being well within the 21-day timeframe of when the order was delivered, I was informed that I couldn't receive a refund. After showing the in-store staff this stated return policy, they contacted someone and mentioned that a refund would be granted as a one-time courtesy. It's evident that there's a need for consistency between Francesca's in store policies and what's communicated on their website.

I’ve frequented Francesca since I moved to Austin.On December 28, 2022, I bought a purse online. It took 7-10 days for delivery, which is understandable. I requested store delivery since it’s free. Upon its delivery and email notification, I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and the representative was trying to close the doors early. I told her I was only there to pick up a delivery. She handed me my package.After I received the purse and showed it to my niece (whom the birthday gift was for, and she didn’t like it), I reviewed the return policy and noted the 21-day policy.On January 17, 2023, I visited the downtown Austin location to return the purse, all packaging and tags in place, never used. First off, I arrived an hour before closing time and there was a note that “be back in five minutes”. I waited for 20 minutes. Finally, your salesperson Erika showed up and unlocked the doors. I explained I was simply returning an online purchase. Erika automatically and reactively told me I was outside the return window. I asked her if there was any leniency. She said there was not. I pulled up my calendar on my phone and realized I was still within the 21-day return policy and informed her that the purchase was December 28. She asked “well, when is 21 days” to which I responded “that’s tomorrow. I’d appreciate my refund please. I never used the item and it has all its tags”.Erika processed the refund but the entire interaction was uncomfortable. After she processed the refund, I told her “I know you’re just doing your job, but I was within the refund window. Your approach to this left me with a sour taste. I’m not shopping here again”. Erika never acknowledged her error nor apologized.

Because my luggage was held up at another city due to airline re routing and I needed some clothes other than my travel clothes . Francesca’s was recommended by the hotel staff. The shop had very interesting, casual to dressy styles that was just right for me. the staff was so helpful and the recommended styles for the occasion I had to go to that night was spot on. I ended up buying 2 dresses, a skirt and some accessories. I would like to go back there if my luggage doesn’t show up by tomorrow.

This cute boutique is a part of the 2nd street shopping district. This shop always has something cute to wear. Its a great spot to find a last minute 1st date dress or something to wear for a tailgate that won't break the bank. My favorite part of Francesca's are the accessories. I have bought a lot of earnings here when they have a bogo half off. I have also purchased a few hand bags from here. I always get a lot of compliments. Good bang for your buck.

Love this store! There are such great finds here for reasonable prices for being a boutique and especially on the 2nd Street District. The employees here are super nice and friendly and willing to help you find anything that you are looking for, The selection of clothes is great and there are so many nick nacks to go through. The jewelry selection is amazing and the prices are so great compared to other locations.
