Rude employees. No hello, thank you, anything - did not answer questions properly. Decent coffee, but will not be back. I saw many other reviews for rude employees as well - hopefully these issues will be discussed with them. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

If your listed hours say you close at 9:30, don’t close and lock your door at 9:21. Walked 30 minutes on evening of 2/20/24 to get there only to have girl and guy inside lock up early. Both ignored me and walked off when I pulled on the door - didn’t even acknowledge me. Won’t be coming back here ever again. Terrible customer service , rude employees, shop elsewhere.

Saw another customer had the same problem as me so obviously this is a common issue that they can't seem to fix. Went to pick up a too good to go and got a "sorry we don't have any" ? If I've already paid AND gone to the location I should not be leaving empty handed, that's just good customer service. It's one thing to happen once but if this is a consistent issue I would say just.. don't be on the app?

They allow reservations for food through too good to go but don't actually limit it to the number of available meals.So after driving 30 minutes to get food in traffic I was turned away and they wouldn't allow me to have anything even though there were meals available not designated for the program.they're "sorry" but don't actually try anything at all to make the situation right.

Where do I begin? For starters, this is a terrible company to work for, so if you thought you should, don't . They do not take care of their employees. From personal experience I was given the exact opposite schedule I said I could work and they refused to change it so I could be in school. They have refused to pay me my EARNED sick time hours. They expected things of me that were above my pay but couldn't "afford" to give a raise. They do not keep their employees safe and comfortable when reckless people come in and start acting aggressive. But that's enough about working for them. I couldn't trust employees to date food properly, and had to constantly throw out no dated food items that were being served. I hope other foxtrot locations are better than this.

Chocolate croissant was decent. A bit overpriced for what it was, but at least it didn't taste bad.
