Stopped in for some coffee a few times while visiting. The nitro coffee oat milk latte on tap and bagels are delicious! The outdoor seating area is also really nice. The grocery store is cute and has a lot of options for any time of day.

I been to many different Foxtrot locations in Chicago. Although this Austin store has fun events, it’s by far the worst location in terms of customer service and quality of food. My breakfast taco was terrible, and the cafe staff allowed 6 people to order in front of me, then took 25 minutes to get my order.

Gift card policy is that their app must be used. I don’t think mimicking Starbucks gift card, sudo-banking system is necessary. If using the app provides an incentive like getting double your gift card value then it’s a good idea. However this is not the case.
