This place ghosts you after you apply to them and ignores follow up emails after being ghosted. Would not recommend this place, in fact, I wouldn’t trust these people to wash my car.

Gorgeous furniture. Unprofessional staff with a terrible attitude. It’s clear residential customers aren’t as high of a priority as their partners and commercial customers. Their website doesn’t even have a buy option. You have to talk to someone just to make an order. That’s a bit sus.

We’ve been working with the team at four hands for a long time now! Shannon and Elizabeth are wonderful to work with on the sales side of things, while Kenneth, helps to keep the operation running smooth! The furniture here is second to none and truly looks amazing. The furniture is high quality, stylish, and well-priced. However, they clearly have not addressed their staff's behavior that goes back YEARS based on the reviews here. I was one of two people in the showroom today and was offered no help. After spending 15-20 minutes walking the store by myself I returned to the front where the woman at the front desk asked if I had any questions. I had actually come to look at 2 specific pieces of furniture and after telling me they didn't have them she just went back to her computer. No offers to walk me around the store and show me alternatives? What are all these staff doing working on the floor if they aren't there to SELL furniture? It's actually more offensive to have them there than if they were in a back office - at least then it would be less obvious you're being ignored.

I can't say enough good things about Four Hands and especially Elizabeth. She helped me (patiently) for the past month while I made decisions, changed my mind, added, deleted.....you get the point. She was always super communicative, upbeat and friendly. She answered my questions, addressed my concerns and always responded promptly. Highly professional and just a great person. Later in the process, Ragel was awesome as well. Thank you Elizabeth & Four Hands for 5-star service.

The furniture is excellent quality and the sales/designers so helpful and accommodating. Liz went beyond the call to ensure we received the right piece for our home and we're very happy with our purchase. Would definitely shop at the Four Hands Austin showroom again.

Furniture quality is fine. Customer service is less than acceptable. Check your receipts and invoices, make sure you were not overcharged.

Nice modern furniture.... without some of the garish pieces many call modern. Worth the trip. Look at the map though, if you aren't familiar with the area.

Elizabeth and the Four Hands staff are amazing! It’s furniture shopping with your own personal interior designer, and the customer service is off the chain. Elizabeth always has an immediate response. She is definitely passionate about design, and she’s taught us so much. Our home wouldn’t be as comfortable as it is without Elizabeth and Four Hands! I went into the showroom today in search of a bench for my living room and a king sized bed frame. I had the best experience with both Amy Vickers and Kenneth. They went above and beyond for me. They measured and gave very real opinions and were efficient and organized. Also, a shoutout to a new area of the showroom that is called the open box area. Some excellent pieces at a fraction of retail. Similar to the FH outlet but seemingly most items in a little better shape than what I've found at the outlet. I love shopping locally with FH and it's great to have such top notch service that match the quality of their products. All around excellent and fun day at Four Hands.

So far my experience with Four Hands has been exceptional. Especially working directly with Elizabeth. She is the real MVP! Her communication with us as her clients was impeccable. We are moving across the country so to have someone walk you through the process and have that support was comforting to us.
