I watch live cheer events on Varsity TV on Flosports. They do a wonderful job of coverage, and they are also quick to respond to questions. It is such a gift to grandparents who can not travel with the team enjoy the competitions. Thank you!

Need to share a very positive experience with FloSports customer service. They replied to my email within hours on a holiday and were able to resolve my problem. How refreshing to find good customer service still exists!!

My granddaughter no longer cheers, so I dont need the service any longer. The quality of broadcasts was always excellent. On the few occasions where I had a question (never about the quality of broadcasts because that was never an issue), the customer support was superb

I signed up for a subscription with yearly auto renewal. I frankly had forgotten about it, and was surprised to see it get renewed. I emailed them and was immediately issued a refund. Though I would've appreciated a reminder email ahead of the auto-renew, I was glad to at least have prompt resolution of my issue.

The FloHoops customer service was outstanding. I unknowingly had a typo in my email when setting up my account. I no longer needed the account, as another family member already had an account and was visiting when we wanted to access. It took a bit of time, but the service consistently worked on resolving the issue, and then, at my request cancelled the service and credited the most recent billed charge. I can't say enough good things!

I signed up for a subscription with yearly auto renewal. I forgot that I had an automatic renewal, and accidentally purchased a second subscription. I emailed them and was immediately responded to and was issued a prompt refund. Great customer service!

I experienced a problem watching Chili Bowl. I thought it was FloRacing. IT WAS NOT FLORACING. Roku had tried to make an update that caused the problem. FloRacing helped correct the "bug" and all returned to great racing coverage. Thank you, FloRacing.

If you were going to offer a streaming service, you ought to make sure that it streams every time I watch an event it pixelates it goes in it goes out if you’re gonna do a job do it right
