We are remodeling our bath and we’re so lucky to have Brenda Morgan help us with tile selection . She has excellent product knowledge and was very patient. She answered all our questions and sent us home with samples.

Myself and my husband and our 2 kiddos visited the store on Braker lane and wanted to brag about one of your employees who helped us with our flooring problem and solution Chris the assistant manager in the wood department was very knowledgeable, kind, and helped us with a perfect solution after being stressed for weeks.. we were very happy to get help from him and he even was kind to our kids making them feel like they were part of the purchase also and joking around with them .. we have never received Help with any other store like we received from him.. 5 stars for him he’s def a outstanding employee for floor and decor and we hope to visit him again and the kids say hi ? lol

I worked with Alexa at Floor & Decor (Braker Lane location) and she was fabulous. Alexa was knowledgeable, helpful, and got me the best flooring within my budget. Debbie was amazing, too!

Went to the store to choose tile selections for my son’s bathroom. Ginger welcomed me and asked how she could help. She couldn’t have been more eager to jump in and was BEYOND IMPRESSIVE!! You don’t find that type of customer service these days and she is certainly a stand out! Thank you, Ginger!! I can’t wait to see the finished product!

The check out woman (old lady) on Sunday 3-10-24 was rude and unhelpful. Had a crew wait for an hour to pick up an online sale. Charged me but still didn’t go through. Crew left and called for 4 hours - NO ANSWER and phone would just hang up so only option was to pay crew to go back to the store because staff was too lazy to answer the phone!!!! Wasted a days worth of salaries fromTheir incompetence

My superb experience at this store began with Debbie and continued with Jorge and Jonathan.I had many samples to return I checked out from another location. Several tiles were missing skews. Debbie patiently and tenaciously sorted through them to calculate my return amount.As luck would have it the tile I chose was being discontinued but some was still available. Jorge took us to check on the quantity available. Apparently in this case a customer normally must buy all the remaining tile which was over 500 sq feet. I needed 175.Jorge suggested he consult with Jonathan to see what they could do for us. They gave us an incredible deal on 175 square feet of tile, over 50% off.Jonathan explained since their store was one of the smaller ones sometimes they have to reduce stock enabling customers to get very good deals on great tile like the large format hex we got.The Braker Lane Floor and Decor will be my tile destination always because of the outstanding service and selection.Thank you again Debbie, Jorge and Jonathan for your excellent customer service.

I've been by the Braker lane location in Northwest Austin a couple times this week and both times everyone was amazingly helpful! Yesterday I was in a bit of a rush but learned from a helpful associate named Style that they offer free design services. Today I had more time and my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rafael to make final decisions on our fireplace tile, grout, and schluter trim. He had an incredible eye for design and was a joy to work with - & what a relief to finalize choices we've been agonizing over! Also, dogs are warmly welcomed inside which is an amazing plus considering that my house is a construction site and I can't leave my dog home alone anymore. Highly recommend!

Horrible products and pathetic customer service. These guys sells samples with quality "A" and delivers product with quality "B"- Inferior products. I am going thru many issue with their flooring products. I reached out to managers , customer service and their escalation department. No resolution. If you want to save your investment, time and your family's health, please avoid Floor & Decor products at any cost. There are many other options in this area and you can save your and your family's health. Please please avoid this company at any cost.
