What an incredible experience! Super fast and efficient! I had no idea the technology in equipment they have now to assess your feet now, not to mention the knowledge and expertise of the employee that helped me! This is going to make a massive difference for my knees, feet, whole body and my future in Ultra Marathon running!

Stopped in at Fleet Feet for the first time with an immediate need for new running/everyday shoes. David exceeded my expectations in every way. He listened to my needs, was friendly, professional, experienced in the running world, and most importantly, genuine. Thank you, David for a great experience. Zero help! Just left the store not a single customer inside when I left and still didn’t have anyone acknowledge me or my boyfriend. I counted at least 4 employees 1 was siting on the bench by the door and the rest went to the back room to talk. I tried on a shoes from the wall I was interested in and still no one asked if I needed any help truly disappointed I’ve gone to the Fleet Feet in Houston and it was completely different experience from today.

I hate shopping, first of all. But the process here was so easy and the reccomedations were so spot on!
The scan of my feet was so cool to learn so much information and the 3 shoes that were brought out fit amazingly. Bobby picked some really cool colors and explained everything thoroughly. I've never had a better fitting shoe before. It really made shopping easy!

These guys were so helpful in finding me a shoe made for my foot! It had been awhile since I had my gait evaluated and the process has come so far and the technology is cool to see! I actually had a pretty boring foot but I love my new kicks and had a great experience! Will definitely be going back!

The very best experience! Our son’s knees were hurting from athletics class, so we wanted to get his feet analyzed and fitted with a better shoe in hopes it would help. Thank you Fleet Feet Circle c for taking the time to truly dial him in!

I went in on a Wednesday evening and was helped immediately. The initial fleet feet assessment didn’t take long, although I did not feel rushed at all during the shoe try on part. The staff member who helped me was great! He listened to my specific concerns in addition to the standard assessment, and was knowledgeable about the unique specs of each shoe he brought out for me to try.

I recommend Fleet Feet as my top choice for runners and my patients of all activity levels. I've been very happy with the staff, the inventory and I love that I can actually give my shoes a real run (for 30 days) before fully committing. Although, due to staff expertise, all my purchases from Fleet Feet have worked well for me right from the start. No need to take anything back but I do like that it's possible.

Cooper and staff crushed it tonight! Super knowledgeable and helpful. My son was needing to upgrade his trainers for cross country season, and Cooper walked us through all of our options. We picked up a Hoka and a Saucony that are absolutely perfect….we’ll be back!!!
