Great gym and equipment. STOP the filming. We are tired of it. It's obnoxious, invasive, and just cringe. You guys allowing this in your facility just emphasizes how far away the industry has strayed from the plot. Also we need 24/7.

Typical bait and switch tactics. Signed up when they had $0 enrollment fee and a month to month membership. I never got home in time to catch them when they are open, so I decided to cancel and switch to another gym with flexible hours. Found a charge on my statement from these guys for cancelling. Went back and forth with them for a couple of days before contacting my credit card issuer and disputed the transaction. End of that story.

I went there to use the restroom and they said no it’s not a way to say no for something like this it’s kind of disrespectful way where’s the humanity and style of leadership that’s unacceptable for human beings and it’s showing that…. Fitness connection I just wanted to say to the manager Be good and nice to people

Hours are horrible, you pretty much have to be unemployed to get a good workout in, you have all the customers that want the same and have the same complaints, don’t understand why it’s so hard, Covid has been over yet this seems like Covid hours.

I'm writing my review on the basis of one single thing: Zumba classes with Dennis. I've danced through my share of lackluster Zumba and other group fitness classes, and I can tell you that if Dennis is teaching a class, there is no way you will leave without the biggest smile on your face (and hips that probably haven't seen that much shaking action in years). I actually joined this location after Dennis guest-taught at another gym just for him. He's literally that good. So -- not sure about the rest of the gym. It looked fine to me: clean locker rooms, plentiful equipment, cheerful desk staff. But if you're looking for an amazing cardio class, see that you find your way here.

Gym members hog the dumbells taking 4 and 5 at a time. Which has u just seat wait on some 250lbs muscular man using 15lb smh(like really use the 50lbs ones smh).Way too crowded. In this area before covid there was 3 large gyms:gold gym, la fitness, and fitness connection now only fitness connection. There is always no matter what time atleast 200 to 500 people in there. We need gold gym to open back up to relieve the stress on only have one gym in the area. Plus more apartments have been built in the area so now its about to be even more crowded. A 30 minute work out turn into an hour and a half.

This has to be the worst gym experience ever. First we got signed up by someone how told us that the $20 a month membership was not a commitment contract and was a month to month basis fee me and my friend signed up at the same time. Second when I went to sign up an associate let me know of this and bless him for trying to escalate the situation to his manager that kept avoiding me. Anthony the manager seemed to be aware of what the associate said but did not want personally handle it as I had to ask if it was him that was the manager as he swiftly passed by. Only then did he decide to ask me what was wrong when I told him I was lied to or mislead he simply told me it was above him and gave me a number to call. This number connects me to at home customer service representative that tells me she has no way of contacting her supervisor. Next send me a link to a Microsoft word form that has no way of reaching anyone. Anthony calls me the next day to confirm his victory lap and take my $99 so that I may get rid of this contract. Fitness connection is a terrible club and has no right to service people. I don't recommend any gym they offer as apparent the staff doesn't know the product they sale and don't offer a solution for a bad customer experience.

Hello , so I'm a travel nurse here in Austin and when we signed up for the 20$ membership, we specifically asked the associate if there was a contract and he stated no , so we proceeded to sign up . Long story short I wanted to cancel because I get off at 7:15pm from day shift and can't make it to the gym before closing on fri sat and sun and we find out from manager Anthony that the associate that lied to us didn't matter and that we were stuck in the contract no matter what and we had to pay 100$ . This company is lying to people , signing up people for 20$ memberships and not being held accountable for conning people into contracts . This associate also filled my form out online all I did was give my information and verified it was correct. My question is Why would they allow associates to lie for people to sign up , very disappointed by the customer service . Would not recommend anyone to this location .

Place is chill and gets the job done. Stop complaining and just get your workout done. If y'all worried half as hard about your workouts and diet. Maybe I'd see less people on their phones hogging up machines. Maybe we'd see more members actually gain in their fitness goals. If y'all went as hard in the gym as y'all do screaming lifting 20-50lb db for attention. Or dressing like your going to the club. Or trying to hit on every girl y'all see. Maybe just maybe you'd realize, it's the members that make the gym! Also wear some damn deodorant , nobody wants to smell your funky ass. Shout out to the staff and the dedicated members a lot of y'all are cool as hell.

Really pleasant experience here all in all. Very affordable, I was on a 10 dollar a month membership. Facilities are nice, they've got everything I'd want to use. Easy to cancel, no crazy contract required.

Worst gym in the city. The one by Anderson mill is clean and everything works. The equipment is half broken. Weights are all in the wrong places. The staff here are rude and look like they don’t want to be here, not to mention only speak up to compliant gym members but are timid to correct others. The restroom and sauna areas are gross. That’s just the things that the company has control of, not to mention what it’s like just trying to go in workout and mind your business. LiftATX, BigTex, LAFitness, 24, Golds, house of Gainz. Those are all much more viable options in town, unfortunately I signed a damn contract here and it’s literally right next door. I drive to other gyms when I have the chance, so should you.

Being going to this gym for over 3 years! Love the community and great management. Can get crowded during peak times but it’s a big gym and they have a lot of equipment.

Needs to go back to 24 hours !!!!!! The hours are awful considering traffic and how packed it is when you get there in evenings. Generally clean and good selection of equipment.

I have been a member at I 35 location for quite some time, and I am thinking of canceling membership. It needs to be 24 hours like their competitors. At one time, they were a 24 hours establishment. Here are further issues that I have with Fitness Connection...... + Need rules concerning appropriate attire,. + the gym always has a bad odor. + the bathroom is extremely dirty
