Let’s you get all the way to the shop after making a deal on the phone just to turn you away for something they didn’t establish over the phone… complete waste of time and nothing but rude people..

This place is the worst. I’d give it 0 stars. I bought a PlayStation 5 that ended up over heating, along with a “POM 15 day warranty” (it’s been 13 days) that clearly states word for word “If plan purchased, we will exchange original item for either like-kind merchandise of equal value (as determined by store personnel) or REFUND equal to purchase price excluding plan fee and tax.” Theres nothing in this warranty that states something has to be wrong or you all have to prove there is something wrong with what you purchased. After them trying to convince me that the warranty said what they made up to believe was a warranty policy. I had to breakdown in simple terms of what their own POM warranty meant and they still tried to wash the policy into their own terms. I politely just told them to put it back in the bag corporate needs to get involved with this joke of an establishment.

Apparently since I was going thru some bad life things, they lowball me super tough because I lost some fire items due to the struggle, if you think since”I have a history” that you can be disrespectful each time I bring something in your sadly mistaken. This store is literally trash, horrible employees, horrible service. I would recommend the other pawn shops cause at least they don’t judge a person for going thru hard times. Bless everyone but their business.

The older Hispanic lady was very rude. I was quoted 350 for a REAL chain by one employee. I looked around and came back to take the offer and she asked if she could put acid on my chain. She also kept checking it after the employee had already checked it twice!! Avoid this shady discriminatory place at all costs! They are robbers! I went elsewhere and got another offer just as good! Don’t come here!!

I was at the car rental place right next door sitting in the car. The employee at the pawn shop came out to the side of the building to do her drugs along with another employee. I would say don't trust this place.

The guy wasn't rude, but I'm not sure he wanted me to buy anything? Almost seemed like he didn't want me in the shop Anyways. Quoted me ~40% over that I'd expected and typically pay, I said that was high, his reply (and I quote) "go buy it elsewhere" Said that "since he was so (too) expensive, there was no need to discuss other business" AKA get out and don't ask about other products. We discussed one item, which he has priced 33-50% too high Never going back, leave him to his peace. Ton of knives if that's what you're into.

The first offer I received on my diamond ring was 380, second offer 350 third off was 150. They went down on their offer because as Punishment for not taking the first offer. I found a pawn shop that offered 850 and I accepted it. The ring is worth 2500 and first pawn knew this
