I had gone to the Firestone at 15101 N Interstate 35, Pflugerville, TX. The manager had an attitude that I hadn't come earlier and ignored me. So I looked up another Firestone that led me to the best customer care experience I have had. Kevin was outstanding and the young guy working with him was just as kind.

My only complaint is that they always seemed to be a bit backed up but they always service our car well and offer good customer service! Would recommend scheduling an appointment and not trying to walk in for services to avoid longer wait times.

They misthreaded my oil plug after an oil change and it’s leaked slightly ever since. Now the Honda guy says I need a whole new very expensive oil pan because of the damage.I wish Firestone would have offered to fix their damage. I’d never had any fluid leak prior to that oil change.I also asked for a brake line flush, which they didn’t do after two of my brake pads were replaced.

Don't waste your time. I scheduled it online and got an email saying it was confirmed only to drive down there and have the otherwise helpful guy behind the counter tell me I should have gotten another e-mail telling me it wasn't confirmed.Reading the other reviews, it sounds like they've been aware of this problem for over a month and have decided to just let it roll, instead of turning it off (I suppose because they're fine with you giving them all kinds of personal information that they can turn around and sell).Responding Firestone representative: Instead of giving me a canned response or asking me to send an e-mail I'm not going to send because you have all of the information you need right here, please just forward one question to your boss, Gary Garfield, "Why do you have so little respect for your customers and your employees that you keep this system running for over a month that you know is not working and wasting everyone's time?" I would really appreciate an answer.

Very satisfied! they found what the problem was very quickly when Midas had me down the rabbit hole looking for the cause only 6 months ago. I wish i would have come here back then. 9 /10 for recommendation since they tend to be a bit backed up.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Firestone and it was all thanks to a gentleman named Kevin(Service Advisor). I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service I received.Firstly, Kevin seemed disinterested and unfriendly from the moment I walked in. It's as if he had better things to do than help a paying customer. I was expecting professionalism and courtesy, but instead, I got a cold and indifferent attitude.But the worst part was the quality of work. Firestone mishandled my vehicle and I ended up with more issues than I had initially brought it in for. It's like he and his team didn't care about doing a proper job. The repairs took much longer than promised and I was left without a car for days.To make matters even more unbearable, when I raised my concerns with Kevin, he not only brushed them off but also used profanity towards me, despite knowing that I am a Christian man. I kindly asked him to refrain from using obscene language, but he continued. It was clear that customer satisfaction and basic respect were not a priority for him.I have been a loyal Firestone customer for years, but after this horrendous encounter with Kevin, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone considering Firestone for their automotive needs to think twice and find a more competent and customer-oriented establishment. Kevin's lack of professionalism, disregard for my vehicle and disrespectful language, has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I will not be returning to Firestone as long as he is associated with it.

First, let.me address what I need - 2 tires, new belts, and differential service- (lol check this- )1.talked with service writers 4 times over phone for 5 weeks, they would never call back w/est and/or to set appt.2.I finally went to the sttore at 4:15 pm one day, waited for 30 mins, no one came out to customer area, went to my truck and worked and watched until 7pm when they close, and no one ever came to customer area the entire time I watched and waited, Several customers walked in, waited and left.This place is unbelievable! I have been a loyal Brisgestone tire buyer for 25 years ! Not anymore...lol

By the way, ALL the reviewers saying this Firestone was "great" or the "best" are associated or employees, friends of Firestone. The only good review is a negative review that doesn't try to cover your eyes with fakeness or insecurity.

From the moment I walked into this location, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine passion for helping people. I was already having a horrible day and feeling extremely stressed out but Kevin and Matthew took the time to listen attentively as I explained the issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. Their patience and willingness to understand the problem thoroughly immediately put me at ease. They treat every customer with respect and kindness, making you feel like a valued client rather than just another job on their list. Kevin and Matthew's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.To top it all off, the turnaround time was impressive. The dealership quoted me at least two weeks before they could even look at my vehicle. Matthew completed the repairs within the estimated timeframe, allowing me to get back on the road quickly and safely.In conclusion, if you're seeking a mechanic who combines technical expertise, transparency, outstanding customer service, and a genuine passion for helping people, look no further. Had a very good experience at this Firestone location. Talked with a total of 3 employees regarding my vehicle and each employee answered my questions thoroughly. Each employee was kind, patient & had a sense of humor. If you treat others with respect, you will be treated with respect in return is the way I see it. The employees at this location were honest and pro rated my replacement battery even though this wasn’t the same location I visited last time. It could have been easy to not be honest but they were so I trust this location & company more for the honest decision they made. The employee working on my vehicle was knowledgeable and provided me with the root cause of my vehicle’s problems. I actually never knew what was wrong with my vehicle prior to this visit. I’ve visited other Firestone locations because at the time they were closest to me & the other locations just had me replace parts but the root cause was never solved. My vehicle kept having the same issue repeatedly. Even though I chose to not fix the root cause due to the estimated cost of replacement parts and labor, the employees were very kind and helpful. I even had questions regarding towing my vehicle if it came to that & they gave me advice which went above & beyond what they needed to do in their scope. Only thing I suggest the company could do better at is scheduling. I initially requested an appointment on the 28th @1pm because it was available on the website but when the email confirmation was sent the next day in the morning, the appointment was moved to the 29th @1pm. This wasn’t a big deal because my schedule was flexible. However, I could see this being an issue for someone that doesn’t have a flexible schedule and would want their initial requested service date to be honored. I understand their schedule could have filled up on the 28th & they most likely didn’t want to make a promise they couldn’t keep so they thought it was best to move it to the 29th. However, I can overlook this because of the excellent customer service they provided. I definitely will visit this location again and recommend this company & location to others.
